Location was good.
Wifi. Couldn't log on.
The location and wifi and phones
Free parking Good location for the price Private bathroom
Parking is small and limited
They never granted our request of checking in early after informing them we will just use the room until 6:30pm same day. The only motel that doesn't consider cases like that, tho it's been said that customer is always right and have the rights all over the world.
It was fairly close to the event we were attending.
The place looked like a dump from the street. Fortunately the room inside was okay.
Room was clean
The staff have no good customer service
- near to the city center
- Wi-Fi was not working at all
Due to its category we didn't expect much. We were surprised! Rooms not to small, all amenities one is used to are provided, and the room and bathroom were clean nearly to perfection. We really had worse in one category higher.
We have to admit the Tenderloin District may be quite scary especially in the evenings. There is not only a lot of homeless people but also quite a number of crazy nuts. As the police knows and the forces are very visible there does not be too much risk. But it remains a bad feeling.
broken hair dryer, denial of pre-booked room, unfriendly staff
The room was nice.
Wish there were more parking. I did request that the light be fixed but it didn't get done.
The online site say we don't need a a reservation for parking because every guest will get a parking spot. When we are was check in the motel the guy say we have no parking spot. The room is very nasty and dirty. We are Never come back!!!!!!! :(((
It is conveniently located, short bus or car ride to anywhere in the city
No good value for money. Paid almost $200 per room per night and the place is not really good looking. Staff at the reception helpful, but not well mannered. Room clean, but poorly decorated.
Wi-Fi was Ok.
Parking is limited. Carpet was dirty. Room need a paint job.
The location is convenient to activities I pursue.
The room I reserved was not ready, and I had to move on the 2nd morning to another room. However, these things happen, and the staff was effective and pleasant.
It was confortable and clean. The location is good.
The parking is free only if you can get a spot inside. So, first-come, first-served.
Bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke every time I turned on the bathroom light. Room felt and looked unclean. Will not ever stay here again.
location price free parking staff
The willingness of the staff to attempt to have their wifi working for me, since I needed to log into my office and do some weekend work. It was nice of them as well to allow me to cancel my reservation when the wifi did not work.
Very disappointed the wifi did not work as advertised.
There was also HBO!!
Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Secure location inside hotel complex and good car parking space.
Hotel is on the edge of the Tenderloin area which is a very dodgy area. Approached by quite a few aggressive homeless people for money, and saw, sadly, a lot of them attacking each other. Didn't feel particularly safe.
Location and comfortability
The room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was reasonably clean with no issues. From the outside, I was prepared for a very negative experience, but the bathroom was clean, there were towels, the microwave and mini fridge worked, and the bed was comfortable with 4 pillows. The TV was at an odd angle, but there were plenty of channels to choose from.
The outside is dingy and scary. The parking area was a nightmare, but the office staff pointed me to a pace to park so I was able to park off the street. The elevator was frightening and the halls open into the parking area, so it feels scary and unsafe, as well as having a strong garage odor. The continental breakfast was coffee, donuts and packaged pastries. There was a lot of noise and rowdiness all night long but I always sleep with a fan on so it did not disturb me very much. At one point someone shook my door as if they were trying to get in. I called the front desk and the attendant stated he didn't see anything on his video monitor but he would watch out for me.
Tony the Manager and his wife were great always on hand and sorted anything we required in minutes.
Some of the guests! Loud and made too much noise!
