Good maid service - cleaned room daily.

Not many parking spaces, customer service wasn't great (the guy that worked the evening shift wasn't very friendly, the lady in the afternoon was nice), neighborhood didn't feel safe.

This place is totally great if you get a good price. It's located on Eddy on the less ghetto side of Van Ness, so it's not sketchy and dangerous. The place is clean, nice bedding, good hot water and water pressure, didn't hear my neighbors. Seriously, don't mind the ultra-picky travelers who complain about the breakfast and other menial details. This place is friendly and very nice for a San Francisco budget motel and much better than some stinky "roach palace" in the Marina or on the ghetto parts of Market!

There aren't enough parking spaces for everyone to fit, and the spaces are tiny. Meters start being ticketed at 7:30 am. Watch out if you come back late at night and can't find a space!

We are used to basic accommodations and the Rodeway Inn is basic. It is located very close to the Opera House, SFJazz and the Symphony as well as the Asian Art Museum and City Hall. The beds are comfortable and there is free parking if a space is available. The rooms have refrigerators. The office staff is polite and friendly. I wouldn't stay there for a romantic getaway, but it's fine for a night or two.

There really aren't any amenities., Not even a working soda machine. There are sometimes interesting things going on outside, but not on the premises. I always watch my back going in. It's a half reclaimed neighborhood. In my mind, it would be better just to have some decent coffee in the office rather than the "breakfast".

Very friendly, clean, and helpful staff. Free parking, while limited, was wonderful! A great value.

Cable TV channels seem to have changed, and printed listing was out of date.

For value for money it was excellent especially compared to the much more expensive hotel i had stayed in a few days before. The facilities were better, the room bigger, the bathroom was bigger. It had a fridges, micro wave and the bathroom was twice the size. I was a bit concerned that thge low cost would mean low value and it didnt. Woluid stay in another Rodeway in an instant.

Well form the exterior and the layout of the rooms i was a bit concerned i wasnt going to be very good but the quailty of the room exceeded all worying expectations.

Best value for money

Not very close place to nearby attractions as stated in Booking.com site or on the Hotel's website. So please dont state that all major attractions are very close to the hotel as it gave impression that the places were walking distance from the stay.

Not much, it was cheep.

The beds were horrible, continental breakfast was crappy coffee, juice, and packaged pastries. The location was in the tenderloin district of San Francisco where all the hookers, homeless, and druggies live on the street out side the hotel. When we left for my daughters graduation from San Francisco state university the first morning there was a used condom on the ground out side the hotel. The homeless have matrices' that they lean against the buildings during the day and lay them down at night to sleep. While I understand the plight of the homeless I think that booking.com should let you know that the hotel is in such places and allow you to make the decision to stay there not be surprised.

The room and bathroom was in good condition.

There was no room(space) for breakfast! There was only a tabel placed in the very small lobby so you need do eat and drink standing (mabe outside in the garage ore go to your room)

I stayed here with my two young children for two nights before heading to sfo. The room was clean with wifi parking microwave fridge and tv with plenty of channels including hbo.

Very limited parking. We had no problem but im sure in summer months when its busier it would be a problem. On the first night there was a homeless man collecting glass from the bins for 2 hours 3am-5am which was very noisy!! Apart from that there was street noise which you expect for the location. The tenderloin neighbourhood is not the best area to walk around in but if you walk up two blocks you can avoid this.

A localização é bacana pois é perto de muita coisa, avenidas movimentadas, ônibus etc, mas é downtown, então tudo é meio velho, sujo e feio. O hotel é super simples, não esperem nada além de um quarto pra dormir com um banheiro, ambos ok apenas. é aquela coisa, vale pelo preço, pois os hotéis em San Francisco são bem caros. é uma boa opção pra quem não liga pra conforto/luxo e quer economizar.

a esposa do atendente responsavel pelo hotel é antipática para com os hospedes.

esta una manzana de la zona conflictiva de San Francisco. El parking del hotel es abierto, no tiene ni puertas ni vigilizancia. Cada noche habrian un coche u otro, era una loteria. Al final nos tocó el gordo.

маленький отельчик близко от центра, бесплатная парковка, из всего, что предлагалось за эту цену - неплохой вариант. если выйти из отеля налево и перейти дорогу найдете бесподобный суши ресторан с приятными ценами.

бомж-район, забирайте все из машины! бьют стекла и крадут. у друзей уборщица вылила 2 полных стакана кофе старбакса, экономично оставленных на вечер))
