Keskeinen sijainti Manhattanilla.Persoonalliset huoneet.Mielyttävä henkilökunta. Joitakin saattaa kadun liikenne häiritä (Nykkiläinen tapa soittaa auton torvea).Itseäni ei häirinnyt,mutta joku heikkounisempi olisi saattanut häiriintyä. |

an historical hotel.the locatıon ıs good. close to all amenities. good for busıness purpose. make sure you have enough ın your creadıt card otherwise they will remind you several times to pay. it is bothering. the way they ask for the money was rude. they saıd you are short of some amount and you have to pay ıt tonıght and repeated ıt several tımes. disturbing... |

We were incredibly unsatisfied with the hotel. The photos that are online do not depict what this hotel actually looks like. When we tried to leave, and they told us that we had to pay the full price of the hotel in order to leave. It was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. |

The staff was wonderful. I appreciated the computer stations at the front desk. It was surprisingly quiet. My fellow guests were very respectful. The room, though very worn, smelled clean. There was a large closet with a helpful iron and ironing board. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very nice. The rooms are very beat up, with large holes in the wall paper, some stapled closed. Some drawers in the furniture were missing handles. All of the sink caulking and much of the bath caulking was mildew-stained. There is no fan in the bathroom. The room wasn't fully cleaned when we arrived; soap was only provided the second day and shampoo and other amenities on the third day. |

Very good location; good room and bathroom space. Too noisy (window over Lexington Av.); bedroom service was not very efficient (I had to request the cleaner would leave more coffee and sugar or soaps. |

friendly hotel. the most comfortable bed i ever slept in. great location. the hotel decor is very very shabby. worn carpets to a thread. peeling wallpaper peeling paint. broken lamps and hairdryers |

El trato que me dispenso el personal. El estado en general del hotel, requiere de una profunda remodelacion. Aunque tiene un estilo antiguo, las alfombras y los banos no estan y la limpieza en general es mala. |
