Sehr gute und extrem hoefliche und zuvorkommende Hotel Mitarbeiter. Zimmer sind fuer NY Standard recht gross. Das Design des Hauses ist sehr hell und freundlich. Aufgepasst bei Extras. Auch Utensilien im Bad, die normalerweise umsonst sind, werden berechnet |

Hotel liegt sehr zentral, grosse Zimmer (wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten, sehr gross). Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. |

Dieses Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist top-sauber, mein Zimmer war sehr modern und trotzdem äußerst gemütlich. Das Bad war super, ein kleines Designbad, Platz optimal ausgeschöpft. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Und das Frühstück ist einfach nur großartig. Schwärme selten so, aber ist verdient. Nein. Es war einfach nur schön. |

Nette Zimmer, feines Frühstück. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sauber. Gratis W-LAN im Zimmer Zimmer recht klein, etwas hellhörig, lange Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen, Frühstück nicht im Zimmerpreis inkludiert. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war super! Es war etwas mühsam, dass bei allen Preisen noch die Tax-Preise dazukamen. |

Absolutely brilliant hotel! I really enjoyed this hotel, in a great quiet street away from the noise of time square and near to 5th so shopping was fab!! The room was rather large for new york city I am used usually getting shoeboxes, bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in! Me and my boyfriend throughly loved this hotel! I would definitely stay again! |

I liked the service and the fact that everyone called you by your name. I also liked the cleanliness of the room, the luxury linens and availability of toiletry items you may have forgotten. I liked that it was a non-smoking hotel, too. The entire staff seemed eager to help - giving directions, recommending restaurants and tending to every need. A couple of my friends came back to the hotel and we relaxed in the lobby with a couple of bottles of our own wine and no one seemed to mind. The desk attendants offered to get us glasses and make us comfortable. It was truly a wonderful, relaxing experience! I highly recommend "The Roger". |

We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel after check out to enjoy the day in ny High charges for some bathroom amenities like shaving cream, razon, toothpaste |

Contemporary style, free internet, relaxed atmosphere, comfortable beds, good position on the map and not too noisy. I recommend it. ...The sequence of private questions they shoot on you starting from the bell boy to the front office people. Water from the tap is normally undrinkable because of ny clorine, but the distilled water bottle in your room sold at 10 $ ( 5Cents per liter is given for charity. "Smartwater" isn't it? May be too smart) does not help your digestion. |

Staff was amazing. My room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The location to all is astounding. Wireless internet in room at first did not work, need to try multiple times in the lobby. But once attached, it worked perfectly for me. |

The right place to visit Manhattan. Nice staff at the front desk. This is the typical business hotel, nothing else. No view thru the window, just a dark wall, no sun light. But the way to make the room lightly is not so bad. And of course, expensive, but it's the "New York Business Hotel" price, nothing will be really cheaper. |

The security Guard was nice Just 2 staff to serve the hotel ( 1 rude receptionest and 1 Security guard). The room is too small. The location is far from shopping and not secure. I stayed one night and there were police investigating the staff and some guests about something happened in the hotel. It costs me $370 the same rate of sheraton new york which has the best location. |
