The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff remembered my name when they saw me, and we were happy to have a room with 2 beds. The bathroom was not as small as reviews had indicated. Very nice N.Y. hotel. |

The personel was very friendly. A later check-out (2pm instead of noon) was made possible without any hassle. |

I liked the entrance hall, with high windows and stylish furniture. breakfast was good. it is perfectly situated in the middle op manhattan. very quiet. comfortable large room, with windows that open. umbrella in the room was conveniant, since it rained a lot. our room was wrongly charged on my visa card while we had payed in cash at our arrival. it took us 3 days and several phonecalls in the middle of the night to our belgian bank and visa to fix their mistake. because of this, we could not withdraw money from our account during our staying. staff was rather indifferent towards our money problem. we expected at least apologies and maybe even a discount. |

very hospitable and accomodating staff at reception and at the front door when we arrived. Rooms are small but well designed and good layout, and had an "upscale design" feel about them. Beds were comfortable not applicable. We would definitly stay there again. |

The staff was very nice and available. The location was previous mentioned as "out of the way" but it wasn't far from many subway options to get anywhere in the city. If anything - it was perfectly tucked away from the major hustle and bustle, which I appreciated. |

The location at 31st/Madison is wonderful spot to be in the city. Room air quality; too stuffy had to open window. A/C was a bit too cold/wet. |

Friendly staff, good quality of breakfast, even if pricey, the relatively small dimension of the hotel, making it quiet and confortable |

I like the front desk atendants they wore all very nice, and helpful The Hotel roons are very small, the double is hard to fit three persons, this is not a family hotel, and i would stay there only if i were alone. |

Hotel staff was very helpful and the location is very good. In principle the rooms are not bad, but we expected a bit more for this price and not a tiny bathroom, tiny desk and no real coach/chair. Afraid however that this is the case with all hotels in NY. |

Friendly polite front desk staff. Good location, though not around the Central Park. Comfort bed and clean bathroom, though it was small, but it is NYC. As other guests commented, heating system was noisy and we turned it off during the night in Dec. The room got quite cold but their nice comforter helped. |
