Lovely looking Hotel, great Staff and good breakfast

Not enough Storeage facilities as there were 3 sharing this room and we had to live out of suitcases for 7 days

There was nothing that we did not like about this hotel. Excellent place to stay.

We stayed in a penthouse, loved the terrace so much! We really enjoyed the location, it was walking distance from everything! Also loved the walk-in shower.

We had to call a couple of times when we needed ice. Our robes were not always replaced.

Good location! The hotel is close to the Empire State and to the shoppnig area! Free wi fi!

Location, very clean, the best comfortable bed. My room 1108-deluxe room it was with city view, wardrobe, and amazing. Just fyi, if you do not book a terrace room, you do not have access on the roof terrace as it is advertise.

I had problems with my European credit card which I have never had before anywhere else in the world, because they don't use the pin verification. I also don't consider ok that they hold 100$ a night as a guarantee until the day you check out, which I don't know for what it is, and it can be very difficult when you travel on a budget. Other than that, nothing else to complain.

Elevators were not good. Very slow

Beds were very comfy. All staff, from cleaners to the bar to the reception were friendly. Free WiFi that was surprisingly fast. Whilst some people complained that everything in the room was chargeable, the hotel is very clear about exactly what everything costs. The location is great - sneezing distance from the Empire State Building, a subway station at the end of the street and a short walk from Broadway and Times Square.

The shower was incredibly lack lustre. The whole experience little bit on the pricey side.

The staff is incredible. We've stayed at the Roger several times before-- the last visit about two years ago. As we got out of our car, the doorman welcomed us back by name. Later that night another doorman greeted us by name and remembered a conversation we'd had two years ago! Amazing! The staff in general was attentive, friendly, extremely accommodating. This is my favorite place to stay in nyc! Also the breakfast buffet--terrific, if a little pricy.

All the small charges in the room--$6 for water, shaving kit costs, toothbrush and toothpaste (if you've forgotten yours) cost...I Didn't need any of this stuff, but it does seem a little chintzy at such an expensive place to charge for a toothbrush-or aspirins (headache kit), something other hotels supply gratis.

Location was very good. Some members of personnel were very nice.

Rooms were really noisy, I could here everything from the next room. Also the banging of doors will drive you crazy. I was supposed to have a nice view from premier Cornen king room. On the other side my view was to dead end alley and other side to a warehouse. The receptionists were doing ten things at one time, so it was not easy to get service. I lost my wallet and when I was looking for it behind the nightables, under the bed etc I noticed how dirty and dusty my room was.

Recently renovated - lovely! Comfortable and a great location. Great breakfast.

The location was good and staff were helpful.

Lack of lighting in the room and bed frame was too big for the mattress which resulted in at least 5 injuries over the course of our stay

When I was leaving the hotel the doorman forgot to put one bag in the taxi. When I asked my bag to put in a taxi and drive to the airport they didn't help me at all. Shame !
