Que estaba bastante limpio y sus empleados son muy amables y serviciales.

Faltan canales de Television en Español, solo hay uno y es malisimo.

Excelente ubicacion, muy limpio, camas confortables al igual que la lenceria. El personal es atento y cordial. Computadoras disponibles en el lobby. La habitaciones son silenciosas.

los 100 dólares por habitación en concepto de fianza para desperfectos que por dos habitaciones ascendía a 700 y con los que no contábamos por lo que tuve problemas con mi tarjeta de crédito.Las ventanas no se abrían por seguridad y pasé claustrofobia,sobre todo por la noche.Además las vistas eran cero porque daba a un muro liso .

Absolutely brilliant hotel! I really enjoyed this hotel, in a great quiet street away from the noise of time square and near to 5th so shopping was fab!! The room was rather large for new york city I am used usually getting shoeboxes, bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in! Me and my boyfriend throughly loved this hotel! I would definitely stay again!

Staff was amazing. My room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The location to all is astounding.

Wireless internet in room at first did not work, need to try multiple times in the lobby. But once attached, it worked perfectly for me.

The right place to visit Manhattan. Nice staff at the front desk. This is the typical business hotel, nothing else.

No view thru the window, just a dark wall, no sun light. But the way to make the room lightly is not so bad. And of course, expensive, but it's the "New York Business Hotel" price, nothing will be really cheaper.

The security Guard was nice

Just 2 staff to serve the hotel ( 1 rude receptionest and 1 Security guard). The room is too small. The location is far from shopping and not secure. I stayed one night and there were police investigating the staff and some guests about something happened in the hotel. It costs me $370 the same rate of sheraton new york which has the best location.
