There isn't anything we didn't like but the WiFi needs to be a little stronger.
The home the furnishings and the breakfast are fabulous! Frank and his wife were very friendly and full of history! Frank tells some great stories we enjoyed every minute. If you like staying in bed and breakfasts you must visit here.

The staff was wonderful and warm. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. They were very helpful with planning our trip in town. Made several suggestions based off our interests. Look forward to staying there again!

Close quarters and finishing in bathroom needed help.
Location and the owners were lovely and added lovely touches to the property.

Not a thing.
Was originally trying to get a place in Gloucester or Rockport, but happened on the Rogers and Brown House. Certainly lucked out. The Rogers and Brown House is a wonderful B&B. Well-kept facility and garden. Lots of history -- the house (or, rather, houses -- let Frank and Johanna tell you the story) has beautiful and comfortable rooms in a great location to quickly get to a lot of places on Cape Ann. Breakfasts are fantastic -- the only two downsides are 1) you won't be hungry for lunch and 2) they don't serve dinner. Frank and Johanne provide brief and entertaining history lessons about the place and area with the meals, as well as great tips about places to visit. Everything works fine. Bed was extremely comfortable. Looking forward to going back again soon!

Breakfast was lack luster, made fresh but flavorless
Cute room and clean

Location is not serene and access to a lovely garden very awkward. The AC unit very noisy; a fan would have been preferred. Some warning on dollsize room might have been nice... small for 2 adults plus belongings but charmingly decorated.
Our room was snug and tiny by all standards-- really just room for the queen bed. It was well appointed but real glasses not plastic are de rigeur and easier access to ice and a fridge would have been appropriate. Owners are on site and knowledgeable about region and will help plan your visit .

Unique home with great history and convenient location. Beautiful garden and a shop with local arts (including paintings by the owner) on site. Excellent, fresh breakfast. Hosts suggested a great dinner location and reserved a spot for us.

Everything, especially the owners, who were friendly, attentive and just all around likeable. We were lucky to have stumbled upon this place. We'll be back.

Frank was an excellent host during our stay. He provided a lot of great information about the historical house (originally built in 1640!) and local attraction/restaurants. Our room was very well appointed and the included breakfast delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again .

Friendly owner, location near inner-city, walking distance. Originality rooms, warmth and hospitality.

During my stay, albeit short, the owner went out of his way to email me several times ahead of my stay, made sure I arrived safely to the airport by calling, helped me with my luggage, and had a wonderful gluten free breakfast waiting for me. Enjoyed the history, and hospitality. Highly recommend.

Bedroom is up a steep, narrow stairway. So, this is something prospective guests need to be aware of.
Authentic Historical home, good food, and interesting innkeepers. Johanne Cassia is a Folk Artist with a studio and shop "Olde Ipswich Country Shop and Gallery" in a barn on the property. This was the "Bonus factor" that makes staying at a B&B the adventure that it is.

Breakfast was a little weak - adequate but not great. Hosts a bit too loquacious. Upon arrival, we were tired and wanted to settle in, not hear the history of the house.
Very comfortable rooms and beds. All needs quickly and kindly met. Convenient to center of Ipswich.

Beautiful house. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and informative. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We slept very well.
