The bed was not comfortable

price was ok and staff was nice restraunt was good food and friendly people. Nice that there was entertainment.

when we were forced to leave our rooms due to a fire alarm going off no one knew what to do or why it happened. No one told us to stay in lobby or to go back to our rooms, that was alittle unnerving. My room was fine even though it was in the basement or under ground. It would be nice to have the prices you have but rooms above ground for us

Cleanliness. I liked the old furniture look. it has a charm of it's own.

The hotel is old, and the furniture shows it in the rooms. A lot of it needs to be recovered. I didn't like the fact that I requested the main floor, and they didn't keep that request soI had to be given a different floor because they were too floor. This alone, will keep me from using them next time...

No bottled water for guest, bar soap seemed a little inferior. Older woman that checked me in was not the friendliest.

The location was perfect for our needs.

We were on the lower level. It was very dark and a bit noisy. Next time getting an upper level room.

It's a very comfortable place for us to stay...we travel to Medford quite a bit for business and usually always stay there.....we also really like the restaurant...the food and service is excellent

The front desk staff (Deborah) was very friendly, had everything ready for me even though I was early. Chadwick's staff were welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean. Internet access was simple and fast. The location is halfway between my Medford office and the ssa office.

Two things: there was a gorgeous red Ferrari parked in my spot in front of the entrance and no one would give me the keys to it. (Laughing!) Getting to the pool/jacuzzi required walking out of doors and the signs leading me there were a little off-putting: on the lobby level, which is not the first floor, there's a sign to the pool with an arrow that points to a window. Odd, that.

I like their $4.99 breakfest and we had breakfest there every morning. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. I found many helpful travel information in the lobby.

The AC is very noisy.

Great place for the money. Plenty of room and nice location.

Friendly staff, good food for the price, well maintained, Would definately recommend.

The only drawback was the access into and out of the property. (some idiot designed the roads and interchange practically surrounding the hotel)

The room was clean and bed was fine. Also offered a $4.99 breakfast special for guests that was a good value and not bad.

We stayed on the 1st level in the basement. Room was seriously in need of an update (wallpaper coming off walls) and carpet looked to be origional. Air conditioner in the room sounded something like having a semi-truck in your room. Also the shower head was placed at about 5'5 which didn't work well for my husband who is over 6 ft. Getting in and out of the hotel is a whole other challenge its a maze to say the least. I would suggest staying somewhere else.

Our room was below ground level,felt like being in a dungeon. No view and little natural light.

The cleaniness of the rooms and the size of the rooms. The staff was awesome. There was 2 restraunts on the sight. It was great.

Noisy! Walls seem to be very thin and ceiling as well. While coffee is complimentary, you are charged $2.50 for tea. What's that about?

Loud room to room noise. Could easily hear loud sound of shower or sink running in room above.

The hotel did not have our reservation from book.com when we arrived. We were then assigned a room and when we went to the room it was occupied by another guest...........quite embarrassing and the occupant was not happy when we tried to get into his room.

The room was confortable and quite! My biggest pet peeve is a noisy hotel room...especially when you are able to hear others in the hall and going in and out of their rooms. I didn't hear any such noise during my visit.

The facility is nice. Lots of amenities. The resteraunt and bar were nice.

The bed in our room was so broken down in the middle we hardly got any sleep. It was terrible. I told a friend about it and she stayed there the weekend before and her bed was the same way.
