Hotel Roma Golden Glades Resort  

The rooms were clean. The man at the front desk that evening during check in was very friendly and made me comfortable.

The pool area was dated. They really need to remove the broken equipment.

-Certain parts of the room were not cleaned when arrived. -The fact that things were missing like towells after cleanning room.. - Stains on sheets, example body fluids from prevoius guests -Mattress had a long slit cut opened -Outside windows look like they havent been cleaned for a year.. I think this RESORT should be kept with the same concept but more sanitary and upgraded. I will not recommend this Resort to anyone..

1) Staff were friendly and co-operative. 2) Very spacious Room.

1) Lighting in the room was inadequate. 2) Telephone was not working and inconvenient. 3) No water, no tea / coffee, sugar, milk, kettle provided. 4) No fridge Provided in the room. 5) TV had very few channels available to view. 6) Toiletry amenities were insufficient and lacking - no toothbrush, toothpaste etc. 7) Breakfast provided was very inadequate. Location for breakfast was draery and dull, dinghy. You need to improve here. 8) No music provided in the rooms, common places for brightening up the place / atmosphere. 9) No restaurants, shops for buying basic requirements. 10) Ice machine not working. 11) Elevator sometimes not working.

My room did NOT have a phone. The air conditioning knob was broke. So it was stuck freezing. The water in the shower takes forever to get hot and the knobs in the shower are backwards. The staff wasnt friendly. They barley even said hi whem you walked by them. I WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. IF THE STAFF IS NO GOOD IT MAKES THE STAY WORTHLESS. EVEN IF YOUR JUST THERE TO SLEEP

It was quiet and convient

There was no close stores and it seemed like a ghost town surrounding the hotel

Bathroom ceiling leaking into tub. Poor & late room restoration. Tv remote did not work. Informed front desk-provided no comment. Dust bunnies on carpet. Price did not match stay. Probably won't stay again unless an adjustment is made in rate back to us!!

I liked the building, beautiful structure. But very old and very outdated. The pictures they hung all over the walls were horrible. Could use a definate update to a more modern feel.

We were scared to sleep in the sheets. We literally slept on top of the sheets.

The only thing i like was the location very easy to find

I didnt like the continental breakfast they had very little the room is very outdated and did not had an iron or a fridge will not stay there again

The only thing I like about this hotel was that I was lost and couldn't find it but the receptionist she gave me the route to straight in.

This hotel sucks I would never stay there again even I was homeless.for $130.00 and short notice I have stayed in better hotels.this was the most awful and nasty smelling mold and mildew everywhere.i had to go through 3rooms in order for them to get me room that was suitable.i looked at one rm 423 the bed was not made up sheets pulled back and cover was pulled as if someone had slept in the bed and got up just before I walked in.and the smell omg awfull.now on to the 2nd rm 323 the same way I was like wow am I about to be punked lol literally.now on to 3rd rm 319 stink so bad I just told her u know what I spray in my car i'm tired and it's to late for me to find somewhere else to go this time of the day.so I sprayed the room with my air freshner and went to sleep I didn't even take a shower there was so much mold and mildew in the bathroom I just closed the door hoping that this mildew wasn't growing anymore or better yet I didn't want to get in my system.my stay was horrible and I will not be using booking.com again cause this was a shame to send someone to a hotel like this.i'm so not happy and I love miami.lesson learned.

The only thing I liked was price.

The hotel was quite dirty, furniture really old, tv didn't work, air condition was broken (you couldn't turn it off or change temperature), the breakfast was really poor. The hotel needs a serius renovation.

It was a good hotel to stay at. My car I felt was safe and the staff was great. They were really friendly, and helpful.

The wireless internet could only be used in the lobby. Some things need to be updated.

Hotel had parking.

Hotel was dirty, missing lamp, phone, iron, iron board, towels, no air conditioning, door to patio opened and would not shut. Spa tub in room not attached to wall, bathroom tub leaked all over. No wifi in rooms. Not worth what we paid. We will Never stay at hotel Roma again.

Friendly Staff

This must have been a great hotel in the past now run down but clean staff great breakfast a waste of time in very unenjoyable area lighting 'was there any lights ' Ok for the price and easy access to beach routes

I was there to bury my husband and the location was erfect to where I needed to be. After I checked in, my family said that they use your hotel for other guests. Now I know and I will return.

1St of all I'm disable & t was told they only had 1 handicap rm. That was occupied already. My husband and I booked 2 rms. Our rm their was only 4 channels we got on the T.V. and the remote stop working,only 1 washcloth in both rms,no telephone available in our rm and other rm had a phone but it did'nt work, the a/c didn't work at all & it was so hot,carpet dirty and beds looked not tidy at all.a/c didn't feel like it was working on 4th floor it was hot & thats were our rm was with me being handicap way down at end of hallway.Wow no working pool & we couldn't even get coffee for continenal bkft.,the pot always was empty.This was the worse hotel we ever stayed in & wouldn't recommend to no one.

It was the cheapest - just wanted somewhere to sleep without paying an arm and a leg!! It had a swimming pool It had breakfast included

I was very disappointed to be charged more money at the counter than booking.com had said it would be. The staff explained it was a "surcharge", but could not tell me what for. I argued that the booking.com price included a surcharge, but the unhelp staff were unmoveable. The "supervisor" could do nothing, and the manager wouldn't be in in the morning until after I left. I was extremely annoyed - it was the end of a long day. All I want is to pay what I had agreed to pay. Very disappointing.

My room was clean did not have a smell older hotel but for the money I paid it was good

That they didn't have ice mach nor vending on all floor or irons

The little inclusive breakfast was quite nice and room service was done everyday.

Almost everythibg else, from the raggedy looking building which looked like a place deserted and in ruins. I was scared in case there would be an earthquake I know no one would survive inside that place. The legs of my bed was broken, my back aches for days because the middle suport of my bed was broken and no one thought it was important to fix it or change it. The phone was not working. If you needed anything at night you would need to wait for someone tto get back to the place brfore you can get that service.

The staff are friendly. The breakfast is very basic ,but better that than nothing. I will never return .

Location is very poor. Far away for all . Facilities very old ,need to update urgently. 03 rooms until accept to stay there. 1St room strong smell similar desifectanct or candida, horrible! 2Nd room no phone , 3rd room impossible have phone working because have no connexions. No have Internet in the rooms, only at the lobby. Need to be clear in your site about locations that is the bad area with no restaurant ,only some fast- food (Mc Donald ,Burger King) like 10 miles or more .

Quiet oasis in a busy city!

The room was unclean I can see the incekt every where.Also, the housekeeping was too bad and the treat me bad when I asked them to clean my room. The blanket was dirty. Also, the smel of the room was very awful. The food was too bad because of the incekts. I hate this hotel. :'(

value for money

Stil er fantastisk "Gl. Romersk", bygget for 25 år siden men ikke særlig godt vedligeholdt dvs. Meget slidt.

Morgenmad var acceptabel - men alligevel I underkanten. Madras var for gammel og aircondition "lidt I stykker".
