the room was clean and comfortable; it was quiet and we were able to get a good night's rest; the water was hot and the air conditioner worked well; nice continental breakfast, but needed more protein choices We called the front desk and left an email telling them our flight arrived at 1230 AM and we would need a shuttle; we called when we arrived and when we picked up luggage; it took them an hour to pick us up to get us to the inn; almost 2:00 in the morning before we were checked in by staff, and they were not very friendly or helpful

Convient parknfly package rooms were clean restaurant were close continental breakfast friendly staff upgrade to suite for free Missing small details...only one wastebasket in the suite for three people, no mirror for second bathroom, outlet in bathroom not working, table lamp not working.

we felt unsafe after about 11pm! there was fighting & drinking yelling & police were called after we called the desk! desk said he would send maintenance to check it out & we said you need to call police NOW!!! police came to our door & tried to take care of the situation but still people hangin around loud & we felt very unsafe!! we were there to stay & get up to be shuttled to airport & the experience was HORRIBLE!!

We liked the parking and hotel stay combo package. Americas Best Value Inn had a secured parking lot to leave our car while we traveled away on vacation. We stayed the night prior to our flight and were able to avoid the airport long term parking. It was a great value for the price. Staff was excellent and customer service focused. Rooms were newly remodeled. Breakfast was nice. Airport shuttle was timely and a comfortable ride.

We liked the location of the hotel in relation to the area in which we were traveling and especially close to the main freeway. The first room assigned to us was a "smoking room". Not pleased with the room, we called the front desk staff who quickly changed the assignment to a "non-smoking" room. Thanks for being efficient!

Close to where i needed to be, staff friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. I was happy with the value for money spent. Breakfast offered (although I am not an early morning eater, it's a nice touch). And internet access allowed me to stay in touch. Some may not like that the airport is across the street but it did not bother me.

Very convenient. We spent the night to take the shuttle for an early trip. Loved the refrigerator and microwave. We didn't use the parking perk, but may on the next trip. The room was nice but the bedding was really cheap..very thin sheets. The room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. The breakfast needed to be tended too as well.
