Location was ideal - Times Square is half a block away. Check in/out was hassle free. Room was good size considering location. Breakfast area could have more seating. Bathroom was very scenic. |

The staff was friendly, the complimentary breakfast excellent and the rooms were comfortable and well designed. The chlorine smell from the pool downstairs permeated all floors. |

This was a great hotel for me, although the rooms are above a very loud bar. I was only on 3rd floor and would ask to be on a higher floor in the future as it was very loud still at 2am. The decor is great. It was modern and retro design and a great shower! Very loud at 2am. |

Great location and comfortable bed. Check-in and front desk staff were always busy when I needed to check in/get room keyin early evening/check out and later pick up my luggage so I had to wait average 15 minutes each time. They were accommodating but need more help if this is usual. |

Cute getaway in the middle of the chaos of New York City. The design is very nice and both the pool and spa facilities and the breakfast are very nice. Rooms are not very big, but the bed is king size and veeery comfortable! I recommend it more to young couples than to families though. We were there only for one night, Monday night, and when we got back from dinner there was a pool party full of people(which I guess were not all guests of the hotel..) ...don't know if that happens every night, but it was a pity we couldn't take advantage of a relaxing swim at night by the bar. |

Lo mejor la ubicación. El personal muy agradable y atento en todo momento. Un hotel moderno y distinto para gente joven. Tambien nos gustó la posibilidad de poder usar el ordenador (internet) por todo el hotel. El desayuno variado y suficiente para comenzar una larga jornada (aún recuerdo los bagels calentitos con queso y el bol de fruta con yoghourt y cereales...) Había un ruido de fondo en las habitaciones (debía ser el aire acondicionado) un poco molesto. En el desayuno, echamos en falta algo de fiambre. |

Super centraal je zit echt zo op Times Square! Mooie kamer, lekker bed, mooie badkamer met een super douche, je hoort weinig van het lawaai buiten en een zwembad aanwezig met sauna! Ontbijt was ook prima. En je kan pinnen in het hotel en er zijn compu's met internet. Dus er is echt aan alles gedacht! Wij kwamen een avond terug en wilde nog gaan zwemmen, maar toen bleek er een prive feestje daar aan de gang te zijn. Beetje jammer dat we daar niet op de hoogte van waren gesteld. Verder zou ik dit hotel niet echt aanraden voor oudere mensen. |

L'hôtel est très bien situé à 1mn de Time Square et 5mn de la 5ème avenue. Bel hotel au design contemporain, l'accueil et le personnel sont excellents et le petit déjeuner très correct. Que des points positifs, cet hotel est à recommander fortement pour un séjour à New York. |

Vraiment très très bien, accueil, services, situation géographique rien a dire et surtout ne rien changer sauf le matelas qui nous a semblé fatigué car nous avons eu mal au dos dès la 1ère nuit. La qualité du lit n'etait pas très bonne.Matelas qui a tres certainement beaucoup servi. |

Prima kamer, met ramen die open konden (een zeldzaamheid in New York) en uitzicht boden (idem). Goed ontbijt, fijne sauna & zwembad, geweldige locatie vlakbij Times Square. |
