The hotel is really nice and trendy. Don't think there are many hotels with a pool in the middle of Manhattan. The location is unbeateble and the breakfast was very good. Loved the fresh berries. The room was little but very nice ans always kept clean The smell og Cloridhe in the reception was not very nice.. We would have appreciated if we have got the great book they had for tourist on our first days. We discovered it the last and it would have been very helpful |

The location of the hotel is very good, many attractions are at walking distance, and you can easily take metro or buses to reach the farther ones. The room was clean, cozy and functional. The room would need both better thermic and acoustic insulation from outside. |

there is only 2 minutes from the time square the swimming pool was out of order for 2 days, we couldnt sleep after 7 o'clock in the morning because a new bulding is coming next to the hotel and is was too noisy. we gave a laundry on Tuesday morning and we had to check out on Friday and we were waiting our laundry to check out they didnt know where our laundry was they had make a mistake and bring our laundry in another room, finally they find it. |

Location near Times Square. Friendly reception. Breakfast. Room small. Cramped breakfast area. No fridge or coffee maker in room. High price. |

Breakfast was great! Staff were fine, but not as friendly/helpful as the other new York hotel we stayed in. They were still good though |

Grace Hotel was fantastic. To begin with I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a room on the 14th Floor with Kind Bed. I really appreciated this as I was staying for 7 nights. The hotel is in a great location, being so close to Times Square and access to all of NYC main attractions. Breakfast was great, included a wide variety of options and even more appealing was that it was included in the price. The bar and pool areas were fantastic to relax in after a long day out walking NYC. Overall, a great location, great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Will certainly be recommending to friends. |

Very friendly staff, excellent localization. Cosy and ellegant spaces around the pool and the sauna. A perfect stay in NY. We'll surely come back! The rooms are a bit small, but it is worthwhile staying at Grace. Everything was perfect! |

Nice breakfast was included in the room rate. The parties the hotel has should be mentioned when making the reservation. Rooms on lower floors can hear the party going on past midnight. |

Expected more given the price, small rooms, but clean and comfortable and excellent location just off Times Square. |

Room 1302 very quiet, free wi-fi available, responsive staff, excelent location for a first stay in NYC. Internet PC is charged, and although they say local calls are free it is not exactly so. |

A very good breakfast, Very quick and easy acccess to WiFi net. Location. The bed was too high! I paid in cash, but the hotel blocked my bill, so I can not use it until it would be solved! |

Everything! Staff were very helpful and friendly, bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in in hotel. Room was a good size for 'petite' - I've slept in supposedly deluxe double rooms in New York that were smaller than this!! |

Very friendly staff. Very nice room. Breakfast was good. We particularly liked the 24/7 swimming pool: very cool at nights, with music from a DJ and drinks from the bar. There were no hangers in the room to dry the towels after showering. |

Amazing position very close to Times Square and to the subway. Great continental breakfast (until 12 am) and fashionable design (both in rooms and in common areas). Heated pool and saunas available. Youthful atmosphere (parties organized at night). Small but functional rooms Noisy air conditioning system in rooms. "Open space" design for rooms (no door separating bathroom from bedroom). Kind of hotel suitable mainly for young people (a family could not appreciate night parties open to public) |

Very retro but modern feel to this boutique hotel. Funky pool with swim up bar and clever front desk. Staff was friendly. Euro chic but affordable and just off Times Square. Did not have a problem with outside noise on the 16th floor. Complimentary breakfast was good. It was a very good experience. Complimentary breakfast was packed and some guests were quite rude. They kept running out of everything and it was difficult just to get coffee. |

The free breakfast every morning was a nice touch. I enjoyed going to breakfast and hearing all kinds of foreign languages from the other guests. Ambiance of the lobby/pool/spa/bar/breakfast area was great. Being able to purchase one's own minifridge supplies right there seems like a very practical idea for all involved. Excellent location, half a block away from Times Square. Bed was too soft for my taste, and being on the fourth floor, sometimes the street noise/bar noise was bothersome. |

The location was very convenient, the bed was super comfy, and the price was rather reasonable compared to the other hotels in the area. The evening pool "party" was a little scandalous, there were some questionable things happening, definitely not a place to take the kids! The front desk staff wasn't rude, but they were not very friendly either. |

The hotel was very trendy and the swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms a real bonus. It had a young atmosphere and its central position perfect. Any small problems were dealt with immediately and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again as would my 20 year daughter! |
