Our room was ready when we arrived

Bar did not open til 6 pm. I tried to purchase a bottle of wine and I left my id in the room...I'm 51...The front desk person would not sell it to me! Lights were out in the elevator and couldn't see the buttons. For the price...Not a great value!

Location, staff

No telephone in room. Saturday nite very loud party until after 3 pm and no way to call desk. Whole facility under lit, very dark. No coffee available w/out very limited breakfast option.

Room was not very clean, e.g. dirty drink glasses & 'previous' guests socks by the underside of the bed - quite disgusting.. Shower pressure not good, especially for people with long & thick hair..

This Hotel is so much fun. We enjoyed the bar with the pool area and the great energy. The Steam and Finnish Sauna where nice and clean, open at 7am in the morning. Over all it was the best place for a very moderate price.

The staff was excellent, always there to help and advise. Let us check in super early so we could rest after our arrival from Europe. Always with a smile!

Nothing

Staff are very friendly at the front desk and the cleaning staff are even more friendly :) Rooms are small but nice, great shower, everything worked. Great pool. Considering the hotel is right it Times Square I think it is very reasonable in terms of price. The only thing to be aware of is they are FIRM on there check in time as they are so busy, I am not complaining just letting people know. I would recommend The Grace.

The location

The hotel is in dire need of renovations. It looked worn and dirty. It felt like a hotel in financial trouble.

beds are so comfy, amazing shower, great pool

Great location, minute walk from the centre of Times Square. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Room clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable.

Rooms are compact and not much storage space.

I was dissappointed about the room size and quality for the amount of money I spent. The shower had mold in the grout, the closet was non-existant, and I had to climb over a bench to get into the bed.

I liked the location, the room size is just enough and the bed is very comfortable. I also liked the balcony next to the bed, even though the view was not street front, hence being quiet to sleep in. There was a member of the staff who particularly caught my attention for being very professional and friendly, he is from Dominica but I forgot his name.

I was sad because the only night I stayed there, the pool was closed and I was planning on going for a swim, but next day I had an event to attend and I had to check out. One more thing was that the room I stayed in (1102) had very poor water pressure in the shower, which I mentioned to the front desk upon departure.

Hotel is very close to time square, staff is very nice and helpfull.

Great bed. Good customer service - a complaint was dealt with very efficiently.

Customer service was excellent, room and hotel was very clean. Perfect location just off Times Square.

Sauna and steam rooms closed for the whole ten days we stayed at the hotel.

not safe for young children no one to help carry luggage to rooms poor value for money, there are much better hotels within the same area that are for the same cost. not recommended, I'm a frequent traveler to NYC.

It has an excellent location, friendly staff.

I was there on Friday and Saturday - so I think I paid a high price for the room of this size

There was no room to keep your luggage out of your way We were always tripping or stepping over the luggage There could be drawers under the bed to store clothing

The hotel has a very friendly, and service-minded staff, and has a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, as well as modern and chic. It is a plus with a hotel that has a pool - that comes in handy when you are on a long trip.

The location is excellent, not more than a minute walk from Time Square and Broadway. Everything is very accessible. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Liked the modern concept of the Hotel

Too basic, no kettle in room. No where to hang clothes/ coat. In shower no where for your towel. Too intimate for "friends" and not ideal for 3 adults. Too open plan, curtain on shower did not fit, more for couples. Bunk bed idea, doesn't work

Location,location,location! So comfortable, beds were amazing! Nice and helpful staff. Great stay. Will stay again when in NYC.

Not part of the party crowd, so wasn't able to use the pool area on weekends at night.

The service was remarkable. There were problems with the first room we were given, but the staff quickly fixed the problem and moved us to another room without question. The rooms were clean, quiet and the design gave them an overall modern feel that made me feel as though I was back home in Miami. Also, the bed was heavenly! It was difficult to wake up in the morning and check out because we didn't want to leave the bed. The Room Mate Grace and their staff definitely made my 21st birthday a birthday to remember.

absolut TOP location in New York, people at the reception desk and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Rooms are quite small but very modern - we didn´t need more for 4 days stay. We´ll definitely come back!

Very nice hotel with an excellent placing just next to Times Square. The breakfast was good, nice and clean bathroom, and friendly staff.
