Good location near subway and Times Square.

good attention from the staff. excellent location, close to everything.

very small rooms, if you decide to stay go only for the deluxe ones. sound-proof is poor. when the heating machine is on, the noise in the room is very obvious. the breakfast area is jam-packed for the size of the hotel so avoid the time between 08.00-10.00. The same issue apply with the elevators during rush hours. everything else is ok

The breakfast was excellent and really set us up for the day

The difficulty in getting into bed - very tight with a single bed over. It felt quite claustrophobic

The location was excellent midtown Manhattan. We were there for congress purposes just on walking distance from the location where the congress was held.

The relation price versus what was offered as a room was not reasonable.The room was quite narrow and not enough space to hang your clothes and not enough comfortable sitting opportunities.The que for breakfast was very disturbing. That could be better organized and there was not enough space to get your stuff for breakfast. Sometimes some accidents happened during queing up. For instance trays fell off the cupboard due to the narrow space. That might lead to dangerous situations.

Staff at reception were very friendly and very helpful when looking for local restaurants. Bar staff were very nice and chatty. Liked idea of pool in the bar but it can get a little bit noisy when the pool parties are on but overall would not hesitate to stay here again. Unreal location, Times Square on your doorstep.

Dining room not big enough for the amount of people although there were extra tables at the poolside. It was very difficult to get in and dout of bed especially when sleeping at the window in room 609

Hotel so closed to Time Square ! Room was OK, large bathroom, good bed.

not enough space in the hall; only 2 elevators (and one used all the morning by the employees). Heating system very loudy in the room. Breakfast area is to small for the hotel occupancy.

It had a very good location.

We had two rooms in your hotel. 1003 was excellent but we were in 1004 and this was not very good.The post in the middle of the room made it very dark and cramped and I complained about our shower which had very poor pressure.The breakfast staff were quite rude and on more than one day there were no clean cups or glasses and we had to use paper ones.

The hotel is really nice and trendy. Don't think there are many hotels with a pool in the middle of Manhattan. The location is unbeateble and the breakfast was very good. Loved the fresh berries. The room was little but very nice ans always kept clean

The smell og Cloridhe in the reception was not very nice.. We would have appreciated if we have got the great book they had for tourist on our first days. We discovered it the last and it would have been very helpful

The location of the hotel is very good, many attractions are at walking distance, and you can easily take metro or buses to reach the farther ones. The room was clean, cozy and functional.

The room would need both better thermic and acoustic insulation from outside.
