Mycket bra läge invid Times Square. Funktionellt utan onödig lyx. Fantastiskt bra frukost, god och mättande. Bra service med personal ständigt på alerten. |

Läget var perfekt. Rummet var litet men helt ok, sängen får ett plus. Ojämnt standard på personalen i kunskap, men alla var trevliga. Lite trist frukost, trångt med plats och ganksa hög ljudnvå. Kunde gärna vart grönsaker och något varmt att äta. |

Frukosten bättre än väntat dessutom bra service. Rummet var väldigt funktionellt och snyggt. Utrymmet för frukosten var relativt litet. Man var tvungen att vara där kl 07.00 eller efter 09.15 för att undvika trängsel. |

good attention from the staff. excellent location, close to everything. very small rooms, if you decide to stay go only for the deluxe ones. sound-proof is poor. when the heating machine is on, the noise in the room is very obvious. the breakfast area is jam-packed for the size of the hotel so avoid the time between 08.00-10.00. The same issue apply with the elevators during rush hours. everything else is ok |

average. complained twice about a noise coming from our room and it was never fixed properly. when asked if i could get a discount i was told no chance. i paid over $300 per night for the room and thought this was totally unacceptable |

The location way great, (just feet from Time Square at 45th and Broadway) the staff was very helpful and polite and the interior design was very modern and contemporary in style. The breakfast offered was very good as well. I will definitely stay here again. |

The location was excellent midtown Manhattan. We were there for congress purposes just on walking distance from the location where the congress was held. The relation price versus what was offered as a room was not reasonable.The room was quite narrow and not enough space to hang your clothes and not enough comfortable sitting opportunities.The que for breakfast was very disturbing. That could be better organized and there was not enough space to get your stuff for breakfast. Sometimes some accidents happened during queing up. For instance trays fell off the cupboard due to the narrow space. That might lead to dangerous situations. |

Staff at reception were very friendly and very helpful when looking for local restaurants. Bar staff were very nice and chatty. Liked idea of pool in the bar but it can get a little bit noisy when the pool parties are on but overall would not hesitate to stay here again. Unreal location, Times Square on your doorstep. Breakfast area very stylish but a bit small. |

Convenient to Times Square. Like to have breakfast in hotel Dining room not big enough for the amount of people although there were extra tables at the poolside. It was very difficult to get in and dout of bed especially when sleeping at the window in room 609 |

Hotel so closed to Time Square ! Room was OK, large bathroom, good bed. not enough space in the hall; only 2 elevators (and one used all the morning by the employees). Heating system very loudy in the room. Breakfast area is to small for the hotel occupancy. |

The staff were really friendly and accomodating, the location was excellent and really central, and the room was excellent value for money. Will definitely stay there next time I go to New York! I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone. |

It had a very good location. We had two rooms in your hotel. 1003 was excellent but we were in 1004 and this was not very good.The post in the middle of the room made it very dark and cramped and I complained about our shower which had very poor pressure.The breakfast staff were quite rude and on more than one day there were no clean cups or glasses and we had to use paper ones. |

The Hotel is very close to Times Square and the buffet breakfast, included in the room rate, is quite good in quality and variety The hotel is overpriced (even being very centrally located), the lobby is very small and the reception is disappointing, doesn't look like an hotel. |
