Closed your bar down in the evening for a private event and wouldn't allow my wife and I to even have a drink there.

Rooms we stylish and comfortable, not huge but the layout and organisation was excellent. Pool parties - interesting.. staff friendly. Busy bar. Charged for breakfast everyday although never used, apparently charged at booking... ? although my booking form has optional.

No - drinks in the mini bar, no tea / coffee facilities. - but available at reception !

What an overall great experience. The service was great The room very clean and comfortable. The pool And steam was perfect after a day of shopping. The continental breakfast was just enough to start the day off right. And of course the location was great too!! Win win. Kids and I both enjoyed it. Would definitely go back!

They did not inform me ... And the web site did not mention they do validate a certain parking place. I parked in a different one and no validation. Just more clarity on the location of the validated parking garage.

Slightly tired decor. ridiculous bed - impossible to get into!!

The front desk staff was really great. Very courteous. Parking is only $25 for 24hours if you are a hotel guest.

The staff handled my situation well- Booking.com overbooked Room Mate Grace, and the staff at Room Mate found us a room at Stay Hotel to compensate. I was glad that they were already ready, since we were heading to a show at Radio City Music shortly after checking in. Stay Hotel was horrendous (even though the staff at Room Mate said it was a nicer hotel.. Probably just to make me feel better). THe room smelled like cigarette smoke all night and day even though they rooms are supposed to be all non-smoking. There was a club downstairs pumping music all night and there was construction work being done across the street as well. The bed was small and umcomfortable, the pillows were hard. The room did not have any separate closet space and it was dusty. Never staying there again, as my boyfriend said, it should be named "Stay Away Hotel"

Location is great, staff was courteous and very helpful

Only a very minor thing: no bathtub, shower only and you couldn't adjust the head position... A little noise from the streets, as expected from a place so close to times square

Fantastic location, 2 minutes walk to Times Square and 5 minutes walk from the Rockefeller Centre. Modern, very clean, fantastic value for money. The bed was amazingly comfortable! Would definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.
