Our stay was simply wonderful!!! Restaurant recommendations were fabulous!!
Room very small
Amazing room! Great location!
Location is awesome, older hotels are awesome, Cheesecake Factory is across the street, best thing ever. Pillows were like warm friendly head Huggers, so comfy.
Room was warm. Very warm. Hard time sleeping. I'm sure we could have had it rectified, but we were lazy Canadians, so we suffered in silence. Not a huge problem. Sorry. And parking was lousy, but welcome to downtown living. To be expected I guess. I was able to procure free street parking, but very lucky to do so.
The hotel is very well located, staff are great. Super service!
There is no restaurant
Great location, friendly staff, and a very clean. The concierge, Eric, had solid dinner recommendations. Although an older property, the Roosevelt hotel is updated, and you did not realize how old it was except by its graceful architecture. Easy to walk or take the metro rail to all the sights. Absolutely recommend this hotel!
We wanted to spend the night in downtown Seattle at the heart of Christmas-time and loved staying at this beautiful, old, Seattle landmark. We could see the big Macy's STAR, hundreds of lit trees on the streets below (what a view from the 9th floor!) and found ourselves right across the street from Pacific Place which was dripping with Christmas cheer. The room was super comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was helpful, cheerful and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay downtown Seattle over the holidays!
The ventilation/heating system was a bit noisy/rattly, but not too bad.
Everything was great with this hotel. The staff was very helpful. Well will 100% sure to stay at this hotel again.
Good location was able to check in early
Being charged $10 for a fridge
Big rooms with a great comfortable bed
Great downtown location, comfortable bed
Reservation not as requested & error on checkout invoice Very small & dated rooms No restaurant or bar Only 1 ice machine on lower floor for entire hotel...slow elevator! No public washrooms in lobby, had to take elevator to next floor...slow elevator! Overall small feeling to entire place
Very pleasant and welcoming staff Excellent location Decent size rooms Clean and comfortable
Remodeling. You could have had pastries and kept the coffee full and ready until say 10. I think coffe was good but gone by 9am.
Facilities were very poor. Not even a bar! No breakfast, no room service. Most of the many motels that we stayed in during our trip had far better facilities than this place! I'm amazed they have the cheek to advertise themselves as a hotel!
Excellent location to all downtown venues.
Very comfortable, staff were most helpful, location right in the city. We were able to walk everywhere. When we asked directions for a steak restaurant the Concierge supplied us with tickets for a complimentary entree. Sullivans Restaurant ..worth the effort!
No jug to boil water in room. Only a coffee maker which made luke warm coffee. No breakfast served and local eateries open around 8am
Love the location did not have to use my car.
no on-site restaurant
Bathroom too small. Valet 29 bucks too much.
The upgraded suite we choose was comfortable and spacious. All of the concierge we met were excellent, along with the daytime reception staff. Location was excellent - central, and very handy to monorail.
Night-time reception staff not particularly welcoming, or helpful.
Walls seemed to be a little thin. Could hear the other people easily.
need restaurant ----coming soon I was told.
The location was very central. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate but a bit out of date.
The whole building is in some need of modernization. We had to wait quite some time for our room. Ther is no breakfast facility on the premises.
Upgrade was amazing thank you
The bed was super comfy and our room had a tub/shower room separate from the bathroom which was convenient in the morning with two people preparing to leave. Location was also great - right across the street from lots of shopping! We were in town for the Seahawks game and were able to walk to and from the stadium quickly with no problems.
The bathroom door didn't close properly - but it wasn't a big deal for us.
