Morning we killed a scorpion in the bathroom, large gap under door cold air came in and had no electricity for a minimum of 45 minutes

Many insects and mouses inside the room!!!

The mantenance staff was friendly but the owner is not. The maid called is sick and we did not have towels or our room made up. The owner refused to acknowledge this fact and argued with us. She did nothing to resolve our dissatisfaction. The area is surrounded by a ghetto with boarded up stores and bars on windows. Odd. They put a bottle of chanpagne in our room after several requests. That was maintenance Not the owner. We will never return.

It was 20 miles away from my training site, and I asked for an location near the training site. So yeah being mislead that this location was right around the corner from the site, it was very fun to find out ther truth :(

No pool.. a/c was not working properly

Clean, odor free room.

No clock or phone in room. Confirmation indicated continental breakfast; there was none.

Nothing. I was very dissapointed

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was pubic hair in the bathtub, squished bugs everywhere, The smell was horrible. No hot water!!!! Some of the lights didn't work. The "kitchenette" was gross, we never used it because of the grossness. There were all kinds of spills? On the walls. Spiders crawling around. It was gross. My 10 year old caught something the very first night were were there and is now on antibiotics. The "breakfast" was literally a few glazed doughnuts and some watered down oj. When my bf turned the doughnut over, he discovered mold!!! I threw up. I would never wish this place one my enemy. We checked out early.

Trato muy agradable. A 20 minutos del centro, cerca de las paradas de bus. Sin dudas volvería.

Algunas toallas estaban manchadas pero no sucias. Algunas quemaduras de cigarro en el acolchado.

Looked nice and clean from outside.

ended up being roach motel and smell of urine in bathroom.. will not stay there again..

One of the towels was stained with black stuff, the mattress was a little uncomfortable but I'm used to a memory foam

I think there were bed bugs. Me and my daughter both have small itchy patches after staying there one night. Also it smelled funnu.

The price was great. The rooms were clean, and the staff was nice. It was well worth the money paid. The city is only about five minutes away so it was also convieient. Enjoyed the hotel.

There was none if the ammenities that the hotel said there would be, such as, wi-fi, breakfast. The cleaning service didn't stock the towels or toliet paper.
