The friendly staff. The room was perfect. I definitely recommend this motel/hotel to friends and family. Loved it.
Great customer service.
Stained carpets so bad its disgusting...weed smell in room...fire detector disconected....bed sheets were not changed from last guest...DONT STAY HERE!!NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS!
first room had no towels or working TV. Doors very hard to open in both rooms.
A drunk tenant sleeping on top of his car, beer bottles all over, a filthy carpet and more. Americas Best should not allow this site! We were nervous about our safety
Our experience was very poor. It appears that a number of people are living full-time in this motel. There was junk outside a number of rooms, landscaping was dead and unkempt, the swimming pool was out of order and it was generally untidy. The continental breakfast consisted of boxes of cold cereal and weak coffee. It was hard to find staff in the office and their attitude was dismal and unhelpful. Not at all what the website promises - very disappointed - will not stay at this brand of motel again.
I liked leaving. This was a very poor maintained and dirty motel
Broken ice machine. First room the tv didn't work and the carpet was filthy as was the second room. Holes in the walls and very dusty.
Nothing good here
The other clientele at the establishment . Felt uneasy .
Upon arrival looked like tenants moving or being thrown out of rooms. Boxes & items outside rooms. Our room in the middle of this. Opened door room smelled, bright yellow with red smear wall. Old furniture. Trampline beds. Went and bought Fabreeze for the room. Found blood like stains on the bed spreads after we slept the night. had to ask for towels which were barely big enough to go around your body. continental breakfast was coffee, box cereal, milk,& tiny apple or orange. This place needs a deep cleaning!
Had to wait several hours after I checked in to get towels. Finally got them at 7:30pm. Not staying here again.
Room was not ready when we got there, and not when we returned 2 hours later. No refrigerator in (original) room as advertised. Carpeting was dirty, worse, obviously not even vacuumed, had to request to borrow a vacuum. The worker "vacuumed" I finally borrowed it from her and move the light furniture to get crumbs off the floor. There was hair on one of the beds (inside on the sheets, we inspected the other bed, looked ok so slept in that one), apparently the ice machine was "Broken" and manager left to get ice for a few customers. Need I go on? I did feel badly for the manager? At the desk. Things seemed to be crumbling around her, the help didn't seem to be very helpful and didn't seem to care ( they looked quite busy taking breaks)
The location, the size of the room & the king size bed. The price was reasonable as well. The young woman that helped us was very accommodating & professional. We very much enjoyed our stay. It's the second time we've stayed here.
The pool was closed & there was no hairdryer in the room. I prefer a bottom floor room because it's difficult to climb stairs anymore.
The staff. Good location if you're just driving through, when you're on a road trip.
Spacious and it was just along I5.
We book a room for 4, but the towels and soaps are good for one person. The carpet was not clean. The room smells like cigarette when we asked for non smoking.
The rooms are FILTHY!!!
The managers had only been working for 2 days prior to our arrival. They were doing the best with what they had. I hope the new owners give the mgrs the resources to let them bring the facility back to an improved condition.
Very noisey by the freeway. Supplies were so low that there was no tissue available. Had to ask for an extra roll of TP. Although breakfast was suppose to be available until 9:30, everything was put away by 9:15. More attention to cleanliness - ketchup splatters on wall hadn't been washed off. Grout in shower still needed more cleaning. Bedspreads had holes. We understand the previous mgr had really let the place go.
The shower was dirty..the bed was uncomfortable..no soap.. We asked for a king didn't get it.. Smelled bad..
Pool was out of service..for the summer. Deadbolt lock did not work. Upon entering our room we noticed a large stain on the carpet along with several other areas of stain. Television did not get good reception on most channels. Unable to get a clean towel at 9:30 am. Would not. recommend this place to anyone.
45" to register as they didn't have anyone's online registration. Ice macine out of order no soap we were told to go to the Dollar store and buy our own. No tv reception. Big pile of full trash bags outside rooms
There was a bandaid stuck to my roof
next to freeway. the size of the room. the staff was friendly.
No towels in room. Had to request them twice. No soap in room. Had t go buy some. The carpets were stained.
The price ,location and the wi- fi were all good
The feel of the place is a little low end. Stayed two day and they never came in the rm to clean or give us new towels.
Location and cost
It was very dirty. Staff not available. Sleeping on the job.
We said we would check in between 6&7, but we ended up not showing up until 8 and our room still wasn't ready. We left and came back later, and when we walked in the room, it smelled like cat urine. The bathroom wasn't clean, no soap, no cable, no wifi, no water in the pool. The bed was like one of those ones you see in the thrift store, very uncomfortable. Between the bed and the noise outside our room, I only had a few hours of sleep. I would have rather have kept on driving and sleep in the car than waste money staying there.
That the manager went to effort tofund us a room that was not listed as available after the apparently new clerk showed that there were none available.
Bed and couch were a bit low to the floor which makes it more of a challenge to get up out of.
