Location, nearby subway. Free wifi. Beds en room okay. Not every room has a fridge, if you want one: ask in your booking. We change rooms for it, perfect
Temperature swimmingpool too cold. Wifi in the room not so good, we had to sit nearby roomdoor, signal in corridor was good
The staff was very helpful and also very nice. My room was clean and I had a great view of Key Bridge.
The soda vending machines were either empty or not working during my stay, while I didn't go to all floors I did try 4 different floors.
Convenient location. Close to Metro and Georgetown
The location and free parking.
Needs renovation and Cleaning.
Perfect location, nice bar
Ease of travel to the sights of DC, especially Georgetown. Bright, spacious rooms. Free paper each morning.
Bathroom was a little dated.
Location n price
Bathrooms could use an update.
helpful staff, location
bathrooms in desperate need of renovation
Location to Metro, staff was excellent, beautiful view of the Potomac River.Overall nice place to stay!
Bathroom was small but didn't present a problem!
Fairly easy transit to attractions (museums, zoo) via the Metro. Free Parking was a plus. Breakfast was pretty good and staff was friendly.
I was ok with everything, but hotel seems as though it hasn't been renovated in quite some time, so decor was outdated. (Not a problem for me)
Vending machine was out of bottled water for all of the days we were there except for the first day, complained to the front desk and they advised that an outside agency fills the machines, they lost a great deal of revenue from the purchase of water from these machines. Only one working washing machine on my floor so had to wait till around 11 pm every night to get my turn at the machine. One day house keeping forgot to do our room, and when I called the front desk, was told sorry all of the staff was gone for the night.\
Needed second set of controls at elevators on each floor. Only had one set of floor up or floor down buttons at each elevator entrance.
great views. nice walk over bridge to Georgetown. good area. close to metro. nice room. quiet, peaceful. room service was delicious....surprised at how good.
elevator was slow. that's probably the only complaint i have. a terrace patio set might be nice :)
Free parking Very accommodating staff for a large family dinner in the hotel restaurant. Lovely view of Georgetown Very nice accommodations Excellent access to Metro, Georgetown, walking paths
I used to stay in Georgetown on 29th St., and this hotel is much more convenient to the Metro, as well as Hwy 66. Parking is free, which is the best feature you can imagine, if you are driving in DC. The Potomac Perk cafe is a feature inside the hotel.
Very close to metro station, free parking
Shower was dated and caulking was bad
The rooftop restaurant and bar.
Old carpets, old everything really. Needs a gift shop or to replace the deli which is awful.
Location Offers parking
Poor breakfast offering. Very tight parking spaces for family cars. Limited Internet availability/Must sign in every time you leave your Wi-Fi device unattended.
The location is excellent. The room was very comfortable and the hotel staff was helpful and always friendly.
The bathroom needs a face life. The caulking around the tile and faucets need to be replaced (stains looked like mold) I was surprised to still see shower doors rather than a curtain, which was fine. I find that shopping the internet for a competitive price a bit exhausting. We booked a room there in March and paid $99.00 per night plus breakfast. This trip, booked online was 134.00 with no breakfast. Why so many avenues to book a room. It was a little stressful at times.
Could not go in pool for fear of catching some type of bacteria. Only had one place to go for dinner on 17th floor and thought food sucked. Parking area was too tight. Did not clean room everyday unless you called. Did not have any brochures in lobby for things to do or sites to see. Maid did not speak English. Would not stay again.
Rooms are big and comfortable Location is better than expected - 15 min by metro to tge centre and 10 min by walk to George town; bike station is nearby Free convenient parking The breakfast is great
Close to the metro. Cheaper than most hotels with free parking.
Noisy outside. Cannot see Washington DC from hotel. Very few food places within walking distance. Very small parking places. Hard to find parking in hotel lot.
easy to go city center, near to metro, large room, free parking.
Poor breakfast- Poor wifi- No drink water in the room.
Room with balcony overlooking river was nice. Room was bright and comfortable. Free parking was a plus. Quick five minute walk to the metro made it very convenient.
Bathroom was dated and dingy in the room. Needs to be updated. Advertised free wifi but I could not get signal in my room. I was told it was because I was near the elevator. Shouldn't matter. Every room should get it. I had to sit in lobby for a hour to do work I should have been able to do in my room. Simple fix add wifi transmitters and fix the dead spot. My room was the Executive King room but no wifi. The 17th floor restaurant was nothing special. Bar was boring and quiet but did have a good view. It's just the little things that make me think twice about staying again.
