Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O'Hare    

Easy to connect air flight.

Very nice hotel Design and style Very good breakfast with marvelous croissants (better than in most french hotels !)

Expensive Room VERY EXPENSIVE Internet access (at this price, it should be free and not 10USD / day !!)

The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, the bath was great, however the location of the room, #627 was next to the vending machines/ice maker. This was a big problem for us.

As light sleepers we were disturbed at night by a constant noise from the vending machines/ice maker that was continuous. Although we were only there for a 2 day Convention (3 nights) we were exhausted from lack of sleep due to the noise. We asked to move on the first evening, however were turned down by the front desk as we had checked in about 10:00 pm and although were out meeting our team prior to start of convention, we didn't detect the noise until we returned to the room quite late. (The noise was not real apparent until we were about to retire for the night - shortly after midnight). We informed the front desk as we checked out on 4/22/2013. She apologized. I don't know how you can rent rooms with this type of noise and ask full price for the room. We will never stay at the Rosemont Hilton again when we return to Chicago. Without the extraneous noise it would have been wonderful. There was no way we could see to turn off the machines. Something needs to be done if these machines are in the same location on every floor.

I like the ease of getting to the Convention Center without ever having to go outside. The sky walk was so very useful!

I didn't like the sound of the elevator motor all night long in my hotel room. Maybe I was too close to the elevator banks?

The bed was so comfortable, and the facilities were really clean.

Having to pay extra $22 for parking when I was paying to stay at the hotel.

Good location close to airport and CTA train. Friendly staff.

Noisy ventilation system in the room

The service was impecable. The staff was very friendly and catered to our every need.

Need to have free wi-fi in the room. Most of your competitors do.

The very convenient location to the convention center and easy access to the center via sky-walk. The food selections from the menu in the dinning areas were wonderful and we appreciated the laid back and warm atmosphere of the bar after working all day. My daughter and I were the guests of the hotel and we felt perfectly safe in all locations within the hotel. We would stay again when in Chicago. (And if you had any control over the wonderful rain storm while we were there, thank you! We haven't seen any for months in Kansas)

There are no complaints!

The food and wine list in the bar restaurant was impeccable.

Only problem I had was the front desk staff told nme there was a breakfast buffet. In the morning I found out that was untrue.

Dining through room service was excellent! Everything I ordered was delicious. The service was fast with a very warm and friendly delivery. I was impressed on the first night that I decided to order through room service every night I styed there. Thank you

Too bad it isn't closer to the cta train station. There were some bloody- hot days which made the walk uncomfortable. Providing a shuttle to the train station on hot days would be a plus.

Efficient, friendly staff.

Sometimes had to wait too long for the elevators.

Airconditioning was supercold

The location was convenient to the airport and the meeting I attended. I also found the fitness center to be just what I needed.
