This Des Plaines hotel is located 3 miles from the O’Hare International Airport.
Score from 98 reviews Excellent
- clean - large spaces and large rooms
- not that close to airport - restaurant very expensive and poor - nothing to do around
Price $315.27 a night after taxes..
The proximity to O'Hare Airport is a real benefit, only 10 minutes max in a taxi or hotel shuttle. The staff in the hotel are excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Morton's Steakhouse is right next door and you can walk to it. The Shopping Mall can also be reached by walking, albeit a fifteen minute trek through a car park!
The price of drinks was expensive. 50 US Dollars for a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc that would cost £10 max at a supermarket in the UK.
Hotel layout is terrible Like a rat maze
No free wi-fi!
Excellent accommodations and at a very good rate. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
The Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato Salad was an insult to be served to any guest. Two sliced chunks of "heated" iceberg lettuce with sprinkles of diced tomatoes and bacon bits drizzled between the two pieces of lettuce. Completely un acceptable and misleading on the menu. Certainly not worth the price of $12.00. Very disappointed to say the least.
No free wifi, elevators broke down all but one had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs, no free parking also when they have a convention or wedding there is no parking at all.
The room was very comfortable, it was located very close to the airport and the staff were friendly and very accomodating.
Restaurant food good, service very nice, but $$$
$22 for parking, with LONG schlepp to lobby and then to room. $10 per day wifi or wired internet; every other accommodation includes free access.
I liked the location.
The parking was very inconvenient and the price of $22 per night was extreme for the off site parking.
Very close to the airport. Comfort able beds and friendly staff
Paying for parking
Sheets, pillow, tv, room arrangement
-Freezing cold temperature in the room that could not be adjusted. The only thing we could do was to stop the ac but not make it warmer in the room in any way. That made our stay very unconfortable. We were told by the front desk lady that that was not fixable due to the age of the building. Unacceptable! -The toilet was flushing in a very noisy way and needs to be fixed (Room 301) -Parking charge.
location, near the Fashion outlets of Chicago, near airport. there is shuttle bus to airport every 40 mins.
no free breakfast. wifi is not free
Location, location, location Access to the convention floor
No FREE Wifi
Starbucks in the lobby
poor lighting in the meeting room
Everything is allright.
Breakfast expensive for a poor choice
Quiet, liked the safe in the room, liked the skywalk to the convention center. Liked the parking and the fact it was paid for.
The food was overpriced. French toast was almost $7 per slice of bread! $3 for a coke. And if you have a drink you will pay through the nose.
I needed to change airports in the morning. Was going to take a can but lashonda (spelling?) walked me through the cta over there twice to get me enough confidence to make my flight. Great guest service!
Amazingly friendly staff, very helpful and pleasant.
The wifi was very inconsistent and I believe should be free across the whole hotel as value for the guests
Everything was great, pleasant experience!
Took a while to get extra blankets, had to request twice...not a huge deal.
Everything the black lady at front desk very nice she has short hair
The hotel was very accommodating. Enjoyed a room on the 10th floor, allowing ease of access to both the fitness rooms and pool. The staff was friendly however the evening staff might get to know the brunch prices so that when asked, they can provide an answer.
The service in the restaurant was terrible at dinner time. Would not bother eating there a second time other than for brunch.
Pool upstairs, nice view.
friendliness of staff had a problem checking in through no fault of their own and they patiently worked with us to get it straighten out beds very comfortable rooms very clean
