Hotel layout is terrible Like a rat maze
No free wi-fi!
No free wifi, elevators broke down all but one had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs, no free parking also when they have a convention or wedding there is no parking at all.
The room was very comfortable, it was located very close to the airport and the staff were friendly and very accomodating.
Very close to the airport. Comfort able beds and friendly staff
Paying for parking
Location, location, location Access to the convention floor
No FREE Wifi
Starbucks in the lobby
poor lighting in the meeting room
Everything is allright.
Breakfast expensive for a poor choice
Quiet, liked the safe in the room, liked the skywalk to the convention center. Liked the parking and the fact it was paid for.
The food was overpriced. French toast was almost $7 per slice of bread! $3 for a coke. And if you have a drink you will pay through the nose.
I needed to change airports in the morning. Was going to take a can but lashonda (spelling?) walked me through the cta over there twice to get me enough confidence to make my flight. Great guest service!
Amazingly friendly staff, very helpful and pleasant.
The wifi was very inconsistent and I believe should be free across the whole hotel as value for the guests
Everything was great, pleasant experience!
Took a while to get extra blankets, had to request twice...not a huge deal.
Everything the black lady at front desk very nice she has short hair
The hotel was very accommodating. Enjoyed a room on the 10th floor, allowing ease of access to both the fitness rooms and pool. The staff was friendly however the evening staff might get to know the brunch prices so that when asked, they can provide an answer.
The service in the restaurant was terrible at dinner time. Would not bother eating there a second time other than for brunch.
Pool upstairs, nice view.
friendliness of staff had a problem checking in through no fault of their own and they patiently worked with us to get it straighten out beds very comfortable rooms very clean
Close to metro (safe!) Close to rental cars Close to airport Mall nearby for shopping before flight
not many restaurant options in walking distance
Lovely, friendly, helpful, comfortable. I was very impressed.
Location was perfect for an early morning flight from O'Hare. The room was very comfortable and elegantly appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was timely and efficient
Wasn't anything I didn't like; however, our stay was very brief and we didn't use many of the hotel's services.
Clean and spacious rooms. Guest services/front desk staff.
No free internet. Bar staff were very unprofessional and rude.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Lack of WiFi in rooms unless you pay for it.
Bed was very comfortable. Room overall was lovely
Gym could have more equipment suitable for women's exercise. better pick-up service as driver of airport shuttle didn't pull up outside the door or announce his presence so I missed the shuttle and had to wait for the next one
I liked the comfortable bed
The tv in our room was real snowy considering its a newer tv.
Breakfast buffet was awesome including eggs benedict and omelettes to order in front of a huge fireplace. I was promptly upgraded to a jr suite upon check in for being a gold member. Very convenient to O'hare airport with free shuttles every 20 minutes starting at 4 in the morning.
Pool supposed to be open till 11 but it was locked up at 10:45pm when I got there.
I was in for a conference at the Hyatt over the road. The location was excellent (though there is plenty of choice in the area). The airport shuttle is great (although arriving at terminal 5, I was told that I had to get to terminal 3 to use it, so I took a taxi on arrival instead - I did use it when I left from terminal 3 though). I stayed 5 nights and the staff were mostly very friendly and some were excellent. The place was clean in a slightly worn and even austere way.
I expected a better breakfast for $20 (found cheaper and better elsewhere after the first morning and came back only for convenience on the last) and $9.95 for wi-fi was also a bit steep I thought (but then I knew about that before I went). My reservation wasn't found in their system when I arrived, so the receptionist sorted that out (or so I thought). At the end of my stay I was then charged $100 more than I had been quoted. It's easy to miss that, but luckily I spotted it and pointed it out. After a little while (20 mins) the problem was finally resolved and to be fair, I was eventually charged slightly less for the week. Still, I expect that part to go smoothly when I use booking.com. The place was nothing special, with a slightly dated and utilitarian feel. Although the staff were friendly enough, I didn't get the feeling that they loved the place any more than I did. On account of the breakfast, I didn't bother trying the restaurant for any other meals. I travel a lot and use basic to top hotels all over the world, so I feel I have plenty to compare. It wasn't bad, just not great either.
