Better food in the restaurant than I had expected. May not qualify as "gourmet" but not "hotel food" either. Not having free internet service. These days charging for internet is like charging extra for turning on the hot water. Internet for business travelers is a must. At their room rates, they ought to be throwing in free internet in the rooms.

Nice overall, very close to SeaWorld or Aquatica. A typical very large hotel, so the service is ok, but not stellar. Location not all that good for Disney World (a $45 cab ride one way or a shuttle for $20/person (round trip) but they charge for kids, too - at least our 4 year old).

It is a beautiful hotel with very professional, courteous and friendly employees. Our room was very nice and perfect for our trip. I chose the Rosen Centre Hotel for the price online, however after staying there I would have paid much more. It was a great experience and we will come back. Thank you!

Nice presentation and good service. Should have disclosed parking fee in Booking.com when the reservation was made. I was surprised that the daily newspaper was not provided. I feel that charging for internet service was not appropriate in a hotel of this type.

The only good think was the location close to the convention center. The rooms are massively overpriced taking advantage on the location. The hotel is old, the rooms have a musty smelling carpet, the ac units are very noisy and it is impossible to have the ac on while in the room or overnight because it is impossible to sleep in such a noise, the hotel staff is at best fair when approached with various questions/concerns. In addition, in spite of the astronomic price/night there is extra charge for the gym ( $20/day), for the internet etc. Breakfast was poor in quality and very pricey.

Lage genial. Frühstücksbuffet gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Schwimmbad schön. Während Kongress eher teuer. Fitnessraum viel zu klein. Kein Frisör. Zimmer eher klein.
