Many of the guests, not only those traveling in my group were not happy with the 20% gratuity automatically added to the Rosen Plaza bar and restaurant tabs. We are in the travel business and know this is standard for groups of 6 or more in many restaurants. If additional fees are not optional and are not directly related to the level of service and then they should not be labeled as a "Gratuity" but as a "Service" fee. This point so angered my fellow travelers who own or represent resorts in other countries, I doubt they will return to the Rosen chain.

Friendly and obliging staff. Very comfortable beds. Rooms well cleaned and restocked. They were going to charge for parking but reversed the decision when I showed them the printout from the web-site. The air-conditioning is a bit too loud

Very comfortable bed and within walking distance of restaurants. Even with gps we found it difficult to locate the entrance in the dark. Maybe better signage?

Location. The internet connection is stone age and really makes me irritated. If you need to do business and keep up with things you get better access in a $ 40 Motel free of charge. So next time I will chose a Hotel that gives me free internet.

A localização, perto de varios bares e restaurantes, da pra ir a pé a todos! O hotel deveria ter no staff pessoas que falem espanhol! A camareira nao espera vc sair e todo dia as 8h batia na porta!

Proximity to Orange County Convention Centre and airport. Newer vehicles used for taxi service outside hotel. Outdated gym equipment. Thin cotton spreads no blankets/duvets on the beds. Paying $40 for wi fi!
