The location is perfect,luxury,excellent staff.

The parking was a bit different,you can valet park for 20$ or self park for 12$ if you self park be prepared to walk a great distance to get to Resort.

The room was very spacious and clean . The pools were very nice and it's a very quiet and convenient location near Orlando,

The parking was expensive, 12 dollars per day. It should be free for customers.

I choosed it through booking.com and price was important but hotel had very good feedback,made choice easy.

I dont like the fact that I have to pay for parking,that you pay for valet,ok,also pretty steep 20 dollars but thats a choice,but you have no choice when u come with the car,mandatory 12 dollars cause everyone comes with a car and then half a mile walk,so to keep the room cheap and not being accused of hidden fees,you charge for parking but I guess in name of business and the allmighty dollar everything is allowed,also a reason for me not to choose this hotel anymore and to call around with hotels of my choice what there parking policy is.

The Ease of sign in was great. The room service was delicious. The location was perfect forUniversal Park.

The parking drop off attendant allowed a large tip even though he would not be delivering the bags to our room...which required an additional tip since I parked and family went up with bags. Asked for a luggage rack for room and it never arrived.

We liked the facilities such as the pool and the tennis courts.

Services are really good, also the staff is friendly and really helpful. Liked the green field around the hotel, if you play golf that is the hotel. A litlle more difficult running in the morning because you easily end up in the golf course but there is a nature walking trail around the hotel really worth the tour. Good parking space and easy access to all Orlando

Wifi not free

It is good value for your money. Large rooms, comfortable beds. The hotel is huge. Probably a good hotel if you are to visit Disney, Universal Studios etc. You will need a car. There are no transportation to the various theme parks.

If you are looking for something intimate - this is not the hotel for you.

Espaço que remete a total sensação de liberdade, em conjunto com o belo design e paisagismo do hotel...

O Hotel não está preparado para uma lotação alta como aconteceu no final de semana de 25 a 27 de novembro de 2011. Hóspedes falando alto e gargalhando pelos corredores até as 3hs da manhã inibindo o descanso dos demais, sujeiras por todos os cantos dos ambientes internos, quarto com limpeza feita pela metade sem retirar o lixo e sem recolher as toalhas usadas deixadas no chão do banheiro para troca.

הכל היה מצוין למעט שעל כל דבר קטן רוצים כסף כולל על אינטרנט אלחוטי. דבר נוסף ביום האחרון היה רעש לא נורמלי מחבורת צעירים שכנראה היו שיכורים ועשו רעש נוראי במשך כל הלילה

Het was een voltreffer. De uitstraling, de grandeur maken van dit hotel een onvergetelijk verblijf, vooral de tuinen rondom rond zijn ook prachtig.echt aan te bevelen. De keuken is van uitstekende kwaliteit, alsook het ontbijt.
