This was a last minute stop for our family. We had a wonderful time. Will stay here every time were in Orlando.

PRICE !!! We got a AWESOME deal !!! Location is phenomenal. 1min from I-4. There's a publix in front of it. The pools are great for family. They got a exclusive one for the little ones. My wife LOVED the SPA it's a park like price, so if you got people who doesn't want to go to the parks, they can spend the same money on the SPA and get much more fun and relaxation.

The only down was the room that wasn't ready when we got in it and the desk told us that it was. A little communication problem, but the clean lady was amazing !! In 20 minutes she did it all. I wish I could hire her :D

Parking - I don't like having to pay extra for parking and when the self-park lot was full, it was a very long walk to the hotel.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the 18 Monroe restaurant being open 24 hrs.

-Universal studios shuttle was unprofessional, picked up extra people at the park who did not belong on the Stop list just to make $$ instead of driving us on time - Disney shuttle recommended by Concierge (via Mears) completely unreliable. They never showed up to pick us up after over an hour of waiting. - Spa was definitely not 5 star worthy, it was more like 2.5 star. No wonder they had a sale on their services for 50% off. Very unorganized and poor services received.

The hotel facilities are good and the rooms are spacious. Situated beside a golf course the hotel is in a peaceful location.

I found the staff at reception to be quite 'cold' when I was checking in to the hotel.Charging policy for parking your car $16 a day. Remote location.

halls were dirty and remained that way for the entire day tv in the room didn't work with remote and had to be pulled out of wall to turn off service in breakfast buffet was poor

I was there on business so had limited time to enjoy the amenities. The view was pretty, the pools seemed peaceful, but once down by the pool, you could hear noise (airport, traffic, planted white noise?). If I had to come to orlando again, it would be a nice place to stay, but on business, I would choose something less expensive. My selection was based on internet ability to access and booking.com brought me here. However when I arrived, my booking hadn't reached the desk yet. While staff was courteous to me, they were attempting to help a guest who had a handicapped person with her. The staff person was young and was answering as if the person was being unreasonable and "it's not that far". Well, it's not that far unless you are disabled and have trouble walking. Some people just don't get it. The staff person had no appreciation or understanding of what this person was going through. Sad, but happens so often until you have to deal with it personally, then you suddenly get it.

Super verblijf gehad! Dichtbij de uitvalswegen voor de parken, de Outlet, Florida mall en het levendige centrum met leuke restaurants en winkeltjes.

Hotel muito bom. Gostei do luxo das instalações e do preço acessível.

Cobrar para o uso da academia 10 dólares ao dia e 20 dólares em todo o período. O estacionamento é longe e custa 16 dólares. Conversei com a atendente que disse que iria tirar da minha conta, mas, mesmo assim, veio no chek out. Tive que conversar novamente para retirar.

O hotel e maravilhoso. Todas as pessoas que trabalham no hotel sao super amaveis. O hotel nao cobrou o self parking, adorei.

Nao gostei da limpeza do quarto, deixou muito a desejar.O Travesseiro tambem nao e muito bom. Nao consegui tomar nenhum banho morno + para quente, pois mesmo depois de reclamar a agua continuou quase fria.

Das Hotel ist sehr groß, sehr gepflegt und bietet vor Ort alles für den täglichen Gebrauch an. Es hat 2 Swimming Pools, einen Gofplatz, Cafeteria etc. vor Ort. Die Preise sind hoch, wenn man im Hotel einkauft. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hotels befindet sich ein großer Lebensmittelladen. Das Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten war sauber, groß und hatte auch eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle.
