The manager was the MOST WONDERFUL manager I have ever met during my travels and I travel alot. This place is like returning to your hometown. The Inn is definitely value for money and manager is very informative and helpful. It was cold when we were there! No one has control of the weather!!

The heater wasn't working correctly and it was very cold in the City, so that was bad, and the hot water doesn't run during the morning so you can't take a shower, but what else we can expect if the price is cheap??

It was in the middle of town. The owner was friendly. Too expensive for the quality of the inn.Not clean. The curtains were only partially hung up. The bottom sheets, although clean, did not cover the matress completely. The bed blankets were well worn, and did not look clean. We regretted our stay

This was the lowest-price motel listed at time of booking. It is one of the many historic Route66 era motels that color the very center of town. They can claim an excellent location for getting out and walking to the good restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions. We got a room with two beds. The beds had thin mattresses and old furniture, but we were comfortable enough. The room was clean. There was wifi in the room, which worked. There was a very small refrigerator, and probably a microwave (not sure). You could park right outside your room. I saw the Grand Canyon train leaving the station from my window. So all told, if you look at it as an adventure, and don't judge too harshly vs. The new luxury motels at five times the price closer to the Grand Canyon, you will be fine. These little motels have to struggle; their low rents, private ownerships, and occupancies prevent them from upgrading much. You need a young or at least adventurous attitude to enjoy these historic places. In October, we did not try the air conditioner, but I did get up in the middle of the night to turn on the heater. I turned up the thermostat, but no heat came out. The manager had tried to tell me how to start it, but I forgot. In the morning, we took showers with no cold water turned on, and the hot water was just warm enough for comfort.

Least expensive motel in Williams, a tourist town and starting place for the Grand Canyon. Shower was lukewarm, room, beds, decor was old and dingy, but for a few hours of sleep before the Canyon train trip, it served it's purpose.

We stayed here for a side trip to the Grand Canyon on a road trip down Route 66. If you're looking for a corporate, chain motel experience, this is not for you. However, if you're looking for a small mom and pop operation that is suited to a more authentic Route 66 experience, this is for you. The staff was friendly, location superb, and price outstanding.

The Location, It's bang in the middle of Williams one-way system. It's more than tired and needs up-dating, especially the electrics. Broken and lose sockets have no place in public buildings.

Room was old and out dated. Carpets were gross. I think being in a historical area they might draw more people in if they over hauled and updated the rooms.

The staff was exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. The lady checking us in was wonderful. Couldn't ask for a more helpful, kind, and friendly woman. Two words: THE BED. It was so uncomfortable that I wasn't sure if I could take it on the second night of my stay. I felt like I was sleeping on a diving board. Could not get confortable at all. Just changing the mattresses would make a huge improvement

Great location. The place is a dump, I wouldn't stay there again for free. The room had such a strong chemical smell when we first entered that wy wife couldn't stay in it until we aired it out for a couple of hours. The A/C unit was actually sealed to the inside wall with duct tape! The place was just dirty and beat up. We weren't expecting a 4 star hotel but we couldn't even give it one.
