Location. Friendly staff. Space room.

The brekfast was poor with just 3 donats and coffe per day. And bad smell of the air conditions.

This is our 3rd visit. It's a great value and is always consistently good. We'll be back next year!

We miss the Karaoke bar!

The swimming pool was clean and cold

Ant's in the first room and they did move us both rooms very stinky and hall way smelled like dirty feet, the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull

The shuttle departed only in the mornings and did not return unitl evening. This was not explained well when booking, we had to drive into the park, but it was close, only about 15 minutes from hotel to parking

the stay was quiet the room was clean till the ants came out

the poolwas really dirty we did use it till we enjoyed watching the ducks swimming and bathing and popping in it

It was peacefull, cheap and clean, not crowded and comfortable.

there were ducks swinging at the pool I couldn't go there.

The space and cleanliness of the room, microwave and fridge avaiabillity at room, good shower, silence during the night (good sleep), internet access, pool facilities.

The breakfast period could be extended to 10:00. Many people come late from the parks/leasure and have to rish to take advantage of the free breakfast

The location and the price are excellent. Also the room and the swimming pool are really good.

There were more taxes/fees on the price than what was written on the site. It would be a lot better to have internet access in the room.

This hotel is conveniently located for the Disney Parks. The rooms are well equipped, if a little dated. Breakfast comprises cornflakes, frosties or porridge, with toast and fruit - basic but sufficient and good quality. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms and communal areas, effective air conditioning - everything you need for a stay in Kissimmee.

In need of modernisation and minor repairs but this is reflected in the price and does not affect your stay.

I was very impressed with the front desk clerk, Caesar, who went above and beyond to help us save money by giving us advice and pointing us to the right places to enjoy our time in Kissimmee.

I was not overly impressed with the continental breakfast because I am used to staying places where the food could be taken back to our rooms to be eaten. I was not suppose to even take my coffee out of the eating area according to the signs.

I enjoyed swimming in the pool that overlooked the lake. It was lovely. I must also commend the staff, they were always friendly with a smile and very helpful in all my queries. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
