This hotel is conveniently located for the Disney Parks. The rooms are well equipped, if a little dated. Breakfast comprises cornflakes, frosties or porridge, with toast and fruit - basic but sufficient and good quality. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms and communal areas, effective air conditioning - everything you need for a stay in Kissimmee. In need of modernisation and minor repairs but this is reflected in the price and does not affect your stay. |

The room was comfortable and clean, they also have the Disney shuttle which saved us some money. A restaurant is necessary for the days you come back late. |

I was very impressed with the front desk clerk, Caesar, who went above and beyond to help us save money by giving us advice and pointing us to the right places to enjoy our time in Kissimmee. I was not overly impressed with the continental breakfast because I am used to staying places where the food could be taken back to our rooms to be eaten. I was not suppose to even take my coffee out of the eating area according to the signs. |

I enjoyed swimming in the pool that overlooked the lake. It was lovely. I must also commend the staff, they were always friendly with a smile and very helpful in all my queries. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. |

Comfortable beds, clean room and pretty setting. Though the room was neat as could be and did not smell, the entire hallway we were on smelled of dirty kitty litter box. That was a real turn off. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, although simple. The mini fridge and microwave are a plus. The breakfast is good, unless you are american and doesn't live without eggs and bacon. The parking area is large, free and close to the rooms. This hotel is worth the money. I would stay there again. |

Some staff very helpful. All facilities and comfort are there. Large rooms. Excellent value for money. Breakfast was minimal. Some staff very unfriendly. Shuttle to Disney attractions not to count on. |

Very helpful staff. Whenever we needed anything, it was done immediately. This hotel received in other sites bad reviews but our stay was great! The hotel was clean and quiet, close to Old Town, many restaurants & Publix & all theme parks. |

Even with all the things that we didn't like, for the price, it was worth the stay. The description of their breakfast buffet was wrong, cereal and toast, no eggs and bacon. I mentioned this to hotel staff, who agreed and said that the hotel needed to change their advertisement. There was supposed to be an on-site restaurant; but it has been closed for some time. We couldn't use the dresser drawers because they were broken. |

Very good location, Disney world, other parks and shopping mall a few miles away. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. The shuttle hours (to go to Disney world) were not very convenient for us (but free and would definitely help guests without cars). |
