The location was good

Room key didn't work half the time had to keep going to front desk to get key no microwave to warm food

The upkeep is HORRIBLE! Everything is old! They serve ONLY donuts and coffee EVERYDAY for breakfast!and u can ONLY have one cup and one donut.

The room was incredibly dirty. Looked like it hand't been cleaned since the last person was there. The shower didn't work. It was completely broken. When we called to tell the front desk, they just told us to deal with it. We left the next morning and didn't bother going back. We found a new place to stay and I got a refund on the room. It was the worst experience i have ever had at a hotel. I will never stay there again, or recommend it to anybody.

The price was good, for the two nights, check in was easy and check out was to. Room was as to be expected needs a bit of an update. Food places all around. Gated parking, i felt a lot better parking there.

The location is kinda grimy, and so are some of the people who are trying to get a room. I mean no one bothered me, and it wasn't loud.

They charged me more

I really thoght I was getting a good deal or at least a room that would be clean. There was a comment on my behalf, but nothing happened or changed. I stood there for the rest of my paid stay and just wanted to leave and never come back...

Everything, it was not clean a big minus, noisy, alot of not very friendly people on the streets, the room didn't have enough furniture, only a bed and an old TV, I thoght I was in some kind of shelter, just terrible...

Very easy to get to and from the airport. Close to some places to eat. Let us check out a bit later and kept our bags all day for us until our flight that night.

Nothing The décor isn't new, but all we wanted was a bed for the night. A few burn marks in the carpet but the room was clean and smelt fresh. Not the best area, but perfect for a nights lay over

price was reasonable. had wi-fi and free parking. location was fine if you want to be near the airport.

#1: Free WiFi was no problem for my PC connection during stay. #2: YOSHINOYA Beef Bowl Restraut (Japanese First Food) was located at walking distance about 3 minutes from the hotel and it was open 24 hours Monday to Sunday. It was also located very nearby the hotel at coin operated laundry, Chinese first food restraints, Burger King, CV drug store, Traditional American food restraint, public bus stop, etc.

#1: No free shuttle bus services from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). #2: Parking place was located at ground floor and it was little bit small to make turning direction. #3: TV at Room 308 was out of order.

This was better than my hotel in Chicago which (with the overnight parking) was getting on for 3 times the price. It was a nice end to my 8 days on the road staying at motels which, despite their prices, weren't in the same league (with one singular exception). The computer use was a nice bonus.

Location - but you can't have everything (& it is convenient for the airport!) Slight language difficulty - which meant I couldn't get them to open the secure parking. Rather limited breakfast menu (I mean, how many doughnuts can one person eat?) Lack of coffee making facilities.

I don't like how they asked for credit card information online as if you are going to pay for it, then you have to pay when you check into the hotel. Blankets had a lot of stains on them, heard about bed bug problems, elevator permit expired 3 years ago, found a huge clump of hair under my sink, no iron or blowdryer, etc. Not recommended unless you want to be really cheap and you are not staying in the hotel most of the time.

Had a big group of friends great for a weekend trip down to la, great price, little sketchy neighborhood but whatever. Partied quite a bit in the hotel room and didn't get bothered at all

People staying in other rooms were kinda sketchy but we didn't get any trouble

Eco-friendly hotel -- didn't use any cleaning products.

The odor was horrific; the bathroom had years of dust, mold, and urine and nothing hid the smell. The "patio" was grilled in so no- one could burglarize the property and, of course, that limited the escape routes if a fire, earthquake, etc. occurred. They posted no signage for evacuation or those legally required. This is a property that saw care in the '60s and maybe '70s but hasn't been painted or maintained since. Other travel sites accurately report this as a NO star property though you have it as a 2 star -- no way. Maybe you should send someone to visit these properties so you can accurately represent them.

The place was very run-down. Cigarette burns on the bathroom floor. Shower was corroded. Bed was hard. Baseboards and moldings were rotted or missing and everything looked like it had been repainted many times (badly). Chain lock on door was broken off and missing.

No lights in either room over mirror for my wife. Had to hunt down 1 room with a bathtub

The staff was very quick and concise. People who came in looking clueless probably will not have a stellar experience but I walked in with my booking print off and my id in hand and was in my room 2 minutes later. I needed to extend my stay an extra day and had no issue doing so. Clean room with everything you need. And only what you need. Also it is right on the majpr bus linez. Anyone with a smart phone can get anywhere in la no problem.

Only bad thing about this place is what lives outside. I lived in west oakland for a while so crazy homeless people don't bother me. Just don't look like a victim. Its inglewood bro... I walked 10 blocks with three pizzas in hand at two am and I'm alive. Lol you will survive.

My kids thought it was a hoteo for homeless.

Was all trash a nightmare.
