They do not provide daily housekeeping, after the 7th day they would clean the room for you. I had to change my own linen.

Very friendly staff. No daily housekeeping which was convenient. But we would've liked to know that first so we didn't have to wonder when we might be interrupted.

$30.00 per day parking. No cooking unit in room. Air conditioner beeped once to come on and twice to go off....all the time.

Lovely big room with kitchenette. Fridge and coffee maker came in handy. Laundry facility was great too, with plenty of new washers and dryers. Location was good, near the main shopping district, trolley stop just down the road and only an 8 minute walk to the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This is a time-share resort, so you will be asked to attend a presentation. However, it was not mandatory.

Wyndham Vacation Resorts Royal Garden at Waikiki is so comfortable. All the facirity in the room are so brand-new. There is a bus stop which has a lot of bus line on Kuhio street. It is so close from the hotel.

Nice hotel. Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. the service was excellent.

Nothing to complain about.

Very noisy since many cars incl. fire engines and police cars pass by the hotel. The window is super thin; it cannot block any noise from the street. You may think this hotel is quiet becasue it is located somewhat far from Waikiki beach. But actually Waikiki area is much more quiet than this at night.

Nice new room. Large room with great city view at night (big windows). Good location, walking distance from beach, shopping center and restaurant area. Rooms are quite, no street or hotel noise.

No maid service for 5 days. It's a time-share so expect some sales talks. No beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, etc) except for pool/beach towels. Kitchen not really equipped for cooking (only microwave and refrigerator).

The hotel is located in a quiet street of Waikiki but right across Kalakaua Ave. And this makes it a good choice to stay nearby nightlife without being disturbed. Staff is very friendly, I asked to have my room changed since it was attached to an elevator and they immediately gave us a better room. Rooms are spacious and clean with great views of Waikiki, bathrooms a little small but no problem for a few days. Beds very comfortable. Free wi-fi very efficient.

There is no way to hang towels and swimsuits to dry after the beach and this is a problem being at sea. Parking fares are absurd but this is a Waikiki problem, 25 usd per night is the average at a point that I have the strong suspect we are facing a trust... Park on the Ala Wai canal but not on thu and sun nights because they do street cleaning.

Central, yet generally quiet location. Excellent facilities in the room and a very comfortable bed, plus good air conditioning. Use of a laundry room is good as well.

This is a Timeshare location - be aware that there is likely to be some attempt to get you to attend a meeting to sign up, although to be fair this was not at all pushy.

Great staff. Large & clean kitchenette....quiet too! Definitely recommend Royal Garden to friends & family! Definitely stay there again! Internet wifi in every room really makes a difference

Basicamente, nada! foi o pior hotel da viagem!

Estacionamento caro; serviço péssimo (não há arrrumação no quarto; são incapazes de colocar sua mala no carro); não prorrogam sua saída nem por 1 hora; longe da praia; fitness ... nem pensar.

Zimmer/Appartment war in Bestem Zustand und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Zudem Internetzugang im gesamten Komplex. Insgesamt sehr angenehm und auch sehr zentral in Waikiki, wenn man bereit ist, ein paar 100 meter zum Strand zu laufen.

Unsere Reservierung wurde nicht gefunden. Sofort wurde vermutet, wir hätten wohl nicht bezahlt.... Das Personal am Check-In war nicht besonders interessiert und hat uns ständig vertröstet, da bei Ankunft oder Fragen von Dauergästen (Timeshare) zunächst immer diese bedient wurden. Unter dem Vorwand, man möge unbedingt an der Information sein Welcome Paket abholen, wurde nach kurzen Hinweisen zum Ort, angesetzt uns einen Zettel unterschreiben zu lassen, indem wir uns verpflichten noch am Anreisetag zu einem Verkaufsgespräch mit Eignern zu treffen, um uns ein Timeshare zu kaufen und zwar nachdem wir gefragt wurden, wie alt wir sind und welches Einkommen wir haben. Nachdem wir dies ablehnten, wurden wir nicht mehr beachtet, was aber dann auch nicht schlimm war.

Il resort è in buona posizione rispetto alle spiagge, lo staff è molto competente, molto disponibile e decisamente cordiale, le camere sono ben arredate e pulite direi che è ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

二人で泊まりました。スーツケースを広げても十分な広さでした。また、コーヒーメーカーやちょっとした食器- も助かりました。

The hotel is very conveniently located in Waikiki, with easy access to main points of interest and shops, without the noise and crowds of the main resort area. The hotel has good facilities, including laundry and media rooms.

The swimming pool is deprived of sun after 4.30pm because of a huge building next to the hotel... We asked the concierge about a good place for dinner and he sent us to a super cheap place where the food was disgusting... The next day, luckily, the other concierge on duty advised us on a super good restaurant and we loved it.
