I like that it was a bit secluded. Everything was good and I would stay here again for my next getaway. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
Location, staff, accomodation are good, based on the very reasonable pricing.
Late night staff very friendly.
No fire detector in our first room. They were upgrading some of the rooms but not the ones we were in. Some of the staff seemed unconcerned when asked about issues. Just an old motel.
Location, was downtown, not far from airport. And well-priced (under 50 per person, per night). The room was large, and the beds comfortable. Wi-fi was helpful, but on the slow side. Breakfast was helpful to get the morning going.
My shower/tub leaked water on each use. The windows of the room could not be opened, which made it for a stuffy long stay (not a big deal for a stay of only few days). Breakfast lacked any fruits or vegetables, and was especially wasteful in that only foam cups/plates and plastic cutlery are used by all, then discarded.
Breakfast (waffles) Free shuttle to the airport
The room was in a poor state: too old and unconfortable bed, dirty carpet and bathroom doors, several parts of the bath tube were broken..
Location and quitness
I liked the furnishings and arrangement of the room. I spent very little time in my room.
The lighting in the room and hallways is very dim, poor. No ice machine in the building where I was staying had to walk across to a different building for ice. Was not able to reading the rooms for each building from the outside due to trees covering the sign. Had to go back and ask the attended which building my room was in.
absolutely great price
internet connection was not working very well
Walking distance to the centre, spacy room.
Breakfast a bit poor, otherwise everything ok.
Central location, easy to get to different destinations.
Our room was not very clean, stains on the carpet, large wet spot in front of the sink, musty stale odder.
location; John who works at the restaurant. Great service from him!
TERRIBLE service at the front desk. They seem bothered every time you go there to ask something (example just one simple question about direction). One time one of the girls in the morning, started looking at her cell phone, I thought she was searching something for us but no, she was actually looking at her phone and completely ignoring us.
THE BED AND GENERAL ITEMS AVAILABLE WERE OK ESPN WAS ON SO THE BYU GAME WAS ON GREAT!
BREAKFAST WAS NOT VERY GOOD A LOT WAS GONE ALREADY AND THE WAFFLE IRON KEPT STICKING SO THE WAFFLE FELL APART ORANGE JUICE WATERY TASTING AND THE DISH RECEPTION POOR ONLY NBC AVAILABLE
There first thing I noticed when entering the room was the extremely pungent smell of cigarette smoke. Also, everything in the room was damp. There were several large cracks in the door, you could actually see outside through them. I'm assuming that's how the moisture got in. The air vent in the shower room did not work, brown liquid started coming out of it. Then there was the filter for the AC, it was completely clogged. With how much build up it had I'm sure it hadn't been changed in years. I have no doubt that this place does not pass health code. I wanted to leave and find a different place to stay but everything in the area was booked.
The room was horrible there was Mold in the shower missing panels from the ceiling and the tv worked on and off I was not satisfied at all
This place is I a wonderful location in Salt Lake. The out side on first impression looked good, but a closer look needed a little tender care. The rooms needed the same.
Not a thing
It was filthy. Locals cooking their drugs there. Ppl up all night revving their engines. After they charge your card the desk tells you they took a security deposit out. No hot water in the morning.
breakfest, hotel was opened like motel and surroundings were strange
Location, price, facilities. Overall, I was very impressed with this site.
External entrances to rooms could raise security issues to some travelers. Parking is a bit cramped.
The proximity to my destination. It's a very central location.
It was very hard to find.
The staff was very helpful when I wanted to switch rooms due to a broken A/C that made my overnight stay unpleasant and extremely warm. They put me in another room no questions asked. The facility needs much renovation and reconstruction on everything, but this was planned as an inexpensive trip and I understand that this is by far a 5 star hotel.
All but the staff.
The lobby and my room smelled musty/damp/moldy. The carpet was stained badly. The room key didn't work and the replacement didn't work except every tenth time. There was hair on the vanity. The ceiling tiles were falling apart. Maintenance has been deferred on this establishment for a very very long time. The free breakfast had no fresh fruit and very little variety. I never received my wake up call, All in all it was a bad experience and I would expect to have my money returned. Most of the gueasts that I saw when checking in and again when checking out had the same look on their faces-disgusting!
The cost was good, but that was it.
