clean and comfortable

Desk staff was very friendly, Room was clean out side hotel was scruffy could do with a facelift. Location we did not feel safe poor area of gallup, was approached 3 times by locals asking for money didn't feel safe at all.

It was fine for a one night stay. Older but clean with newer TV.

Not pretty and seemed to be popular for weekly renters. Breakfast was starting at 8;00 a little late for us.

The staff is extremely nice, the room is spatious and has everything you need (fridge, microwave oven, TV, coffee, wifi, comfortable chairs, table, air conditionning...)

The staff was very friendly. However, it is not a three star rated motel as advertised.

The room is old and the bathroom needs to be remodeled.

The people at the desk and those serving the room were friendly and responded to our needs . If in the area again, I would stay at the Royal Holiday Motel. Cecil

Older hotel, but fairly clean and well cared for.

The tile job in the bathroom was very crude and sloppy.

Dirty property, no pool or spa, ice machine not working this faciliy is just old and worn out.

The in room refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. When we arrived, all the above needed to be plugged in. I read the reviews and several guests complained that these items didn't work. This made me nervious but there we no problems with them. I'm sure they didn't check this. Had a great time and plan to book with this motel next year.

No complaints. The office personal could not get the second room access card to work-minor.

chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, wifi , machine à café, réfrigérateur, petit dej. Franchement pour 45$ c'est très rentable.certes le train passe à côté mais il longe toute la route 66. Personnellement ça ne m'a pas empêché de dormir

Prima ontvangst door receptie. Geen standaardontbijt maar ons werd gevraagd wat we wilden. Verder prima kamer voor relatief weinig geld.

Chambres mal entretenus. Le train passe dans la chambre...non en face, mais comme l'hotel est mal insonorisé c'est pareil !

Personnel familial très accueillant. Parfait pour une étape le long de la route 666.

Propreté assez suspecte (bêtes mortes dans les meubles) et aménagements pas réellement terminés.

Pris og størrelse på rommet, vi bestilte rommet pga at de hadde familierom for 5.

Elendig renhold, dårlig lukt, virket som man sprayet rommet fremfor å vaske, dette var ubehagelig.

Pessimo cafe da manha. INTERNET NAO FUNCIONA Quartos velhos, cheirando a MOFO Pias e banheiros entupidos e sem manutençao. Administraçao nao é profissional.

Accueil chaleureux

Although the room was much larger than we needed, it seemed shabby and in need of repairs (faucets didn't work properly, bathroom door didn't close easily, etc.) The hairdryer provided did not work. The motel was located next to a railroad, and it was difficult to sleep with trains passing by all night. I was very uncomfortable with the continental breakfast arrangement: food was prepared out of sight and brought out to the lobby area. The pool and jacuzzi were out of order, which wasn't a particular concern for me, but if I had been traveling with kids and planning on the advertised pool, I would have been very annoyed.
