it was dirty on the outside of the building. And it was not real real cleaninside the room
Was not impressed and very very over priced. Does not matter what event is going on there the motel price was extreme for the poor lack of quality
See above nothing nice to say. Motel was a dump for the price. Will not stay at any royal inn nor will I recommend to anyone
Cigarette holes in comforter, sheets with dark spots
It was dirty, the TV didn't work, half the lights didn't work, the wifi was extremely slow, the front door handle fell off when I first opened it. It was pathetic overall!!
King sized Bed was comfortable . Chairs and ottomans were nice .
The sinks in our room were stopped up we used the tub faucet to wash our hands . When we were checking in the person behind the counter was rude ,talking about another person staying there . There were cobwebs in the corner of the room . There was a board behind the back of the spa tub broken away from the wall and tub . We said nothing about this and put up with it for the one night we stayed because of the way the person behind the desk was acting . We will never stay at this hotel again, and probably never at this chain (Royal Inn ) again . We were dissapointed in our stay .
The floor stained our socks. There was what looked like spaghetti on one of the pillows. The staff was beating on our door 15 minutes before checkout even after I told them repeatedly that we were still in the room. There was only local channels available all other channels were scrambled. There was a chair holding up a broken desk. It was a bad experience.
My husband and I got married on 7 6 2012 stayed there for our honeymoon tried to go back the last 2 yrs and jyst couldn't make it with my husband' s health until this yr and he brought me there fir my birthday. ..the staff was great.everything we ask for was given with a smile. .we will. Continue to go back as long as we r able....thanks royal inn
There's nothing we didn't like we got everything.
Nothing, will not stay again. Ceiling light out. Door wouldn't shut properly. Ice machine nasty. Chair looked nasty. Very run down.
The jacuzzi was fine but we was on the second floor and it leaked a little.
The wifi was bad where we was on the second floor and last room. The paint was peeling off the walls. Some of jacuzzi tiles were cracked. The toilet stopped up a few times. The pool was small, but could deal with it.
Location to local attractions was good
Facilities were poor and cleanliness was awful
Checked in put our bags in room went to eat when we returned we saw bugs all over - went to office they were vary rude - told them we would like our money refunded so we could go some were else staff was vary rude said they would refund our 2nd night but not our 1st night cause we have been there for an hour the pictures they use are vary over rate the place , the place is dirty smells bath tub had a hole in it they know about the bug problem but refuse to correct the problem hoping booking.com get our 1st night refunded there should be rules on companies use false pictures and not correcting problems like dirty rooms bugs every were and vary rude staff
There were two beds
We found things on the floor from previous guests. After that it was hard to feel like room was clean. The swimming pool was very small.
It was near all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. The staff were very nice
I think it was too much money for the room. I think this is an older motel so this may be the reason. Our room never seemed like it was clean. I think the staff did the best they could, however, the outside appearance was not clean. Very small swimming pool. The parents were allowing their children to jump in the pool which was not very deep. I think the kids could have been hurt but no one tried to correct this.
The owners should be ashamed of themselves. This property was nothing but nasty inside and out. Thank goodness mine was only a one night stay on a super busy weekend in Pigeon Forge. Would not recommend to anyone.
location, friendlyness staff, clean
No Wifi connection or no password to use. I was given a rate of $49 a night, but when I got there the sign outside said $29 a night. Wasn't offered that price would have been nice for just one night.
Well I liked the room, close to some good places to eat and go and shop. Friendly Staff and was a good price that I paid.
The pool could have been bigger and I feel like coffee should have been available 24/7.
I love the location of it
For the price it suck. We could use the spa tub like wanted didn't work right and the walls of the shower was dirty with someone else hair. This room is worth half what we paid. We come to the area alot to just get away from it all because it a very short drive from home so this one is off our list .
booking.com should check this place out before listing it,because it makes them look very bad.would not book with them again.
breakfast was included but we got a donut and a cup of coffee and the staff arrived late to open up.
I was glad I didn't have to climb the steps to the second or third story. My room was on the first floor.
I had reserved a room that was supposed to be non-smoking, and upon entering the room, I was blasted with the smell of cigarette smoke. Then when looking for an alarm clock and other stuff expected to be in a hotel room, I noticed that there was a pile of cigarette ashes that had fell on the edge of the box springs of the bed. I could have got a different room, but just chose to tough it out. Wasn't what I expected.
Comforter had burn holes all over, pillows were flat, nasty & had slobber stains. Went to the office to get different pillows & the man said they didn't have anymore. I wasn't about to let my family use these so I got 3xtra pillowcases for all four pillows. There was no table in the room for my family to eat at. No tissues in the tissue holder under the sink, no iron or ironing board, no soiled laundry bags. The tub was disgusting with cigarette burn marks on the side. The shower curtain was mildewed. By far the most disgusting motel my family has stayed in. Not worth the $100/ per night.
My money back!!!
It was awful the room smelt it had wet carpet the door wouldn't even open the bathtub had mold in it the ceiling tiles had mold and looked like they were falling out. We didn't even stay scared we would get sick or bed bugs. Not worth a 100 dollars.
The second shift guy was rude with a mouth and a attitude from hell. I called on room phone to ask a question about tv. He picked it up and never said anything I could here him with someone cussing and down grading other motels. Plus my credit card was not to b charged and it was. Not very happy and will not stay there again. Will tell everyone to stay away from that place. Guess management don't care cause its her husband that has that attitude. . We changed motel to finish the week out..
In one word "NOTHING"!!!
ROACHS, dirty floors, no microwave when it states there was one your website, mold looking junk around the tub and commode, rust on the baseboards and door frames, security latch was broken off the door, hard to even get in the door, had to put your shoulder into to force it open, smudges and scribbling on the walls which included happy faces drawn on by a magic marker, toilet roll holder broken off and roll was just stuck on the side still on the wall, the corner of the ceiling in the shower (which by the way I did not use) was falling down, broken hairdryer, contentinal breakfast consisted of doughnuts and coffee which we had no stomach for anyway after seeing a roach climbimg up the wall where our suitcase was YUCK!! the staff was not great either. When checking in I was address as "girl" by the rude male clerk and when I told the clerk when checking out about the roachs she just shrugged her shoulders and her response to not having a microwave "well that room didn't have one". when I told her the website STATED there was suppose to be one she said "well not all the rooms did and it was just the luck of which room you got". We would have been better off sleeping in our car and save the $100.00 rental price. The next morning we left there for another hotel up the road for half the price, clean, friendly staff.. But thats another review. I have a movie & pictures of everything I wrote about including the roach. I will certainly send them to you as soon as I find out the procedure to do so. The last thing is this... how anyone can give a 4 or 5 star rating to this place is beyond me. Those ratings help push this terrible place up and give customers a false sence of security. They need to update the pictures on their website with ours and maybe then they will improve their hotel... can I rate this with 0 stars or -5 stars would be closer to the truth.
room was nasty room stunk and had bugs no phone and had tornado warnings no internet rude staff light did not work they said they were out of bulbs.Sink stopped up,hot tub had tiles broke.
