Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were tiney and the bottom sheet was a top sheet, it kept pulling up and yuo were sleeping on mattress

Closeness to the Airport. 6 min. away so even with a 6am flight it was so easy to get up (with our wake up call) and get our daughter to her plane.

Old facilities, not great bed, no deadbolt on door so we didn't leave anything in our room when we were not there. Only place 2 eat within a halfmile is subway.

Inexpensive and the room was clean.

Off the beaten path a bit, but that was expected given the price on an Oregon Duck game day.

It was close to numerous restaurants and easy to get to my conference location. Clean, with decent amenities.

I had to unhook one curtain at the top and attach it to the other curtain panel as the curtains would not stay closed otherwise. Considerable noise from the room above us.

The non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke, the bathroom was missing the fan/heat lamp and had a rusted hole in the ceiling where it should have been, the walls were slapdash patched and painted, the toilet paper sat on the counter with no toilet paper holder, the shower nozzle was only chest high (i'm 5' 10'') and the water went from very warm to luke warm in two minutes. Obviously I will never return and obviously I could never refer/recommend it. Do I need to continue or do you get my drift?

I liked that it was cheap and the beds were comfortable. There was a microwave and a little refrigerator perfect for a weekend amount of food. (they even put little ice trays in the fridge so you can make ice) The air conditioning was great and the staff was super friendly! There was a dari mart within walking distance as well as a gas station and a donut shop.

The bathroom was tiny, but for the value it was a decent size. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet on the mattress, it was only a flat sheet. The location wasn't great and you can hear people in the next room.

Location felt sketchy...getting buzzed into the office was a little disconcerting, no deadbolts on room door.

This motel is located in a former industrial district and was probably built in the late 60's. The motel amenities are consistent with the price charged.

The Royal inn was not a five star stay, but for the price and time of booking it was what i thought it would be. Everything is old but clean.

It had a funky smell but was clean.

Despite the plain external appearance and mediocre neighborhood, security was good, the room was plain but decent, clean, and the bed was good. Staff who checked in were friendly and professional.

Price seemed high for lack of amenities and neighborhood. I was in town during Olympic trials and had trouble finding vacant motels. They skimped on towels; we had to request hand towels even for 2 and they brought only one--small thing but noticeable.

Run by a nice family, not the most lavish accommodations but does the job!

The inn keeper was very friendly.

The Inn is very far from everything and it was very old. Everything seemed kind of sketchy.
