This place met our needs, staff was helpful and nice.
This hotel seemed expensive for what we got; however we stayed New Years Day while the Sugar Bowl occurred, which was probably the reason for the added expense.
Staff was accommodating when it came to calling a cab. Rooms were clean, turned down, vacuumed, and trash removed daily. All in all a pleasant experience for a vacation stay over hotel.
One way road entrance/exit.
the room was surprisingly clean and tasteful; our room was next to the office; right next to the highway; 10 minutes drive from the French Quarter
the lobby has a smell; the proprietors are difficult to understand (Indian); exterior of the motel is dumpy and not in the best part of town
smelly bathroom, no closet, and dirty sheets
Check in was quick and easy. The easiest checkin process I have been through! Staff was nice and friendly. Price was reasonable. Facility was clean, Location was great! Not too far from the superdome and also burbon street.
Comfortable bed. Clean linens A/C
Non-smoking room still smelled of smoke due to guest in the adjacent room smoking. Route to access hotel from highway a bit confusing if you aren't from the city.
The manager was great and asked us everyday how we were doing .
I wish it was in a different location but I was safe comfortable .
Clean, free parking, close to downtown by car.
Small room. Better options for same price nearby.
one way in--one way out parking lot
Very nice people. Room very clean, well kept and comfortable.
Truly nothing not to like. For a family type Motel this was a nice experience
wi fi was good
Breakfast was poor and the hotel was not very clean.
Great staff; very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Regular bus service into town.
As other travelers pointed out, a little face lift would make a huge difference.
Staff is helpful.
Free pornography on T.V.
It was close to the bus. The bus is 10 min. away from Canal Street. The staff was friendly.
The neighborhood is kind of shady. The taxi driver warn me about the area. The only issue I have about the place though is that the AC filter look like it was never cleaned.
Rooms we're clean and beds comfortable. Shops and places to eat in walking distance. Bus close by very convenient to downtown. Great value for money. Staff very helpful.
The manager was helpful
Over priced for what you received, not a great area of New Orleans not close to anything and one cab driver wouldn't even take us there from bourbon street
The inside of the hotel was disgusting. I woke up and when I got out of bed saw a roach crawling on the carpet
A good, clean spot. Nice staff and easy to get to anywhere in the City from this location.
room too small, no place to hang any cloth (One hanger on the lamp post). No coffee in the motel and no easy access to restaurants.
I didn't stay,. & asked for my money back. The clerk said no refunds which is unfair for someone to be charged $119that didn't use the room!!!!
It was very clean and close to a bus stop to get into the French quarter ,
Scratchy towels , uncomfortable bedding .
The room was spotless! The staff was very helpful and informative about the area. Gave great recommendations on local transit options. Rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided(they even folded my boyfriends clothes he had left laying around!)
Would recommend coffee makers in the rooms
did not feel safe
The staff was friendly
The room smelled like smoke
The manager Hiren Patel was extremely nice. When he saw that I was a female travelling alone he automatically moved me to the front. I was there for All Star weekend and traffic was heavy, even though check out was at 11 am he allowed me to sit in the room until my taxi arrived (2 hours later due to traffic). Bathrooms were newly remodeled, very clean.
FAR FAR away from French Quarter (East New Orleans), you will either need a car or take cabs everywhere. From my experience most cabs are reluctant to go that far. It is not located in the best neighborhood so do not venture out walking alone.
