The beds were decent... Newer. Right off the freeway.
It felt dirty, the linens had spots on them that we're not washed(maybe reusing dirty ones) the sink was hooked up backwards. The motel in general was way outdated. Can hear trains all night long, there was an AC in the room but didn't do much good. No crib/pack n play as requested. It was kinda sketchy outside.
The desk lady was kind. The king bed was great.
It was 2 miles off the interstate. No coffee except in the a.m.,no ice,no pop machine. Loud noise on the outside stairway and upstairs floor all night long. Stained fabric chair seats. Old heavy bed spread, likely not washed
the door in the room had cracks that you can see right thru, and bed mattress were so worn out.
They were willing to take us in even in the middle of the night and offered their cleanest available rooms. Also, when we needed accomodations they provided their own personal iron and iron board to meet those needs.
The breakfast could have more choices, like milk or juice, plastic silverware and bowls and perhaps different fruit.
Bathroom very clean, not noisey, even though the inn was full with contract workers.
Bed sheets looked like they had not been changed on one bed, had to sleep in smaller but clean bed. It is an older facility which just needs some upgrades to make competitive.
Beds seemed new. Room was clean. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Price was right. Quiet!
Took forever for the air conditioner to cool off the room. Huge patched area in the bathroom on the wall behind shower head and on ceiling. Hadn't been painted. No pool
The AC worked.
The website says pet friendly, but apparently you need you book a special room by calling instead of online (although it doesn't say that anywhere!). We reserved a room with a queen and double bed, but were given toe doubles. We were also charged $30 (in cash only, with no receipt...very suspicious) for our pets. They also charge a fee for using a credit card to pay for your room, but don't mention that ahead of time. There is also no truck/trailer parking, so we had to park on the road.
The location was excellent for our trip.
The shower drain looked ghastly.Ruined the whole atmosphere of the otherwise nice bathroom.
The Owner/manager was friendly and I could tell she truely was trying to make ammends, but she clearly has no idea how to run a Motel.
Where to start. When we got into the room it was hot, the air conditioner was not turned on. There were no towels, the light in the bathroom did not work, the kleenex box dispenser was empty and we had no toilet paper, the microwave did not have a turntable and when I turned down the bed it was obvious that the sheets were not clean, there were stains on them and there was no mattress pad. I called the front desk and the owner/mgr. sounded appaled and told me they had just fired their housekeeper because she was not changing sheets and not cleaning. A man came up with a lightbulb that did not fit and asked me if I thought I was going to use the floor lamp and he took the light out of it. He had nothing else with him so I said we needed both kleenex and TP and a microwave turntable. He left and came back 10 minutes later with paper but no turntable. So I again told him we needed a turntable, he came back about 15 minutes later with that. I again told him about the sheets and said we would be going out to dinner and he said he would take care of it. We returned to find the bed made, I pulled back the bedspread and there was a mattrerss pad but he had put the dirty sheets right back on. I called down to the desk, again, she, again, was appaled, apologized and sent up her nephew to look. He did, but seeemd put out. Ten minutes later he brought up sheets and "made" the bed; putting the botttom sheet on and throwing both top sheet and blanket on with out tucking in or making them even straight on the bed, I had to make it right. So, of course after all of this, I just did not feel very comfortable, nor did I sleep well. Stay away from this place!
Reasonable price, clean room.
Slow front desk service.
Junk scattered around the premises. Sheets where wrinkled and dingy. Towels were faded and stained. Our room was cleaned but we had to remake the bed. Training issue, I think. Staff was friendly and kind.
Good location near I-84, walking distance to restaurants. Clean, quiet & good value.
Staff was awkward. Beds were "new" according to there sign, but sucked. Otherwise was injoyable.
Everything was fine, no complaints- thank you.
Beds were comfortable.
No ice. No WiFi or she did not provide password.
Price, location, desk staff.
A little run down but it is an older motel.
Upstairs guest were very noisy
The feel of it being a stop in the night.
very clean updated bathroom comfortable mattress
old TV no extra pillows
Friendly staff, clean room, fast Wi-Fi, Sleep Number bed
No coffee maker in room
It was just yucky any way you looked at it.....scary....I'm glad it was dark when we arrived, I would not have stayed had I seen it n daylight.
Convenient for our trip.
Fairly noisy traffic for a small town.
Bed was comfortable, adequate bathroom/shower/mirror. The shampoo is nice. Mini fridge works, although it was set too high and froze my food.
It stunk like cigarette smoke in the short hallway to our door. Somebody regularly sits right next to the door and smokes. "Breakfast" is a joke. Not worth it. The walls are thin: When the neighbor opens and shuts their door it sounds like someone is coming in my room.
Location - Bed - Price
Towels too thin - no maid service after noon -
