Accommodations were acceptable and clean. Location is good.

They didn't offer any breakfast .

Very friendly staff who helps as much as they can and are also open to make changes if you complain about room etc. The location is great, you have a lot of restaurants and bars around and you can walk many things. If the parking is full, the offer another one in a garage nearby.

The rooms are a bit noisy, one side from the street, the other one from the air conditions.

Great location. Parked car and walked. Chinatown/Northbeach area. We were up graded and had view of bay bridge. Expected to be noisy, inside room. Not noisy. Would stay again.

Very nice staff, clean rooms. Good location, Union Square is not to far by foot and so is the shore with all the piers. Spacious underground parking. Wi-fi is free of charge.

If you don't like China, don't choose it because it's located right in the center of Chinatown.

Very good staff : we had a problem with some stains on the bed sheets, and the gentle guy at the reception gave us a new room with a free upgrade.

Internet connection is bad, it disconnects continuously. The building needs some renovation, stairs and carpet on the walkways are very old and dirty.

Its position in the city is very good. Room was clean; bathroom in good status. Staff very friendly. Very good free parking.

Liked the welcome of the staff at the front desk, ready to give directions. The location of the hotel is good, in the Chinatown, at mid distance between Fisherman's wharf (15-20 mn on foot) and market place. Lots of restaurants around (Chinese, Italian, Greek).

Absolutely avoid rooms facing Broadway street, because it is noisy (we asked for a room at the back and were happy with it). Sometimes people come back at night, after a good party, they can be a little noisy. Parking space is scarce from end o the morning until... Well, next day early morning. Better avoid take your car to visit San Francisco anyway as the public transportation is fine and the city is full of one way streets.

Great location with China Town and Little Italy at your doorstep. Room basic, had what we needed. Staff very helpful. Parking great and very quiet considering central city location.

First night stay was in a front room on the balcony. Very noisy with loud people in street and traffic noise. No fridge in room.

Other than the location of this hotel which is right at the centre of Chinatown, there is nothing else good about it.

1) You simply can't sleep when you heard somebody shouting loudly when they were making love, and at the same time, 3 men debating loudly in the next room at 2am midnight! I complained to the reception, but they said there was nothing they can do, so I have to tolerate those "stereo sound" next to me for the whole night! I booked this hotel becos of its budget friendly price, but if I knew this is what I will get, I would definitely pay more to stay at another hotel! Be honest - I would NEVER stay at this hotel anymore! 2) I can't imagine a room which states 33 sq. metres would mean I got no space to walk at all in the room.
