Free parking Friendly and helpful staff WIFI Location - near everything
Overzelous selling of hop on - hop off buss Neighborhood - not the nicest around but OK
Not very much
No fridge poor wi fi Un helpful staff room overlooks back ally full of wheelie bins full of rotting fish no breakfast no laundry facility shady part of town strip joint across the road
Excellent location, wifi works pretty good, fairly clean.
Old windows that don't insulate the noise from a pretty busy street.
I was nervous about the location before I got there but it wasn't bad at all. It's a busy part of the city and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The staff was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay there and will stay again. You can't pass up free parking
The tv could be updated and the whole place could use a little freshening up
Where it was situated.
old and outdated, needs a revamp
Free parking. Overall, very reasonable for central San Francisco prices. Great location. Room was clean and comfortable.
Busy road, noisy overnight - bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Public areas look a little tired - carpets could do with a clean.
I liked that it looked clean within the room and the grounds as well. The staff was more than friendly and even gave me directions to where I was going. The room itself was a good size. The bathroom and sink area were separate which I love. The closet was a good size even though we didn't need it.
I had to ask for more pillows because each bed only had 2. I personally sleep with 2 at all times. But that wasn't a problem to receive. The TV was an old tube TV and had bad reception. Maybe upgrading to a flat screen and investing in a HD Antenna would be a good addition.
Location that's great for what we came to the city to see.
There was no air conditioning in four of our rooms!
Close to places we wan td to visit
Location, parking, cleanliness
No flat screen tv
- location (SF tourist attraction in walking distance) - in the middle of china town which offers great and cheap food options - free parking - spacious and clean room with comfortable beds - free fast wifi
- quite noisy if your room is facing the main street (try to get one to the back)
The layout of the bathroom with the sink in the main room (no door), the hotel was like a 1960s tower block and very run down, carpet in the room which looked dirty, mouldy net curtains. The staff were not very friendly. Only one small blanket. TV was small and outdated and could only get a few channels.
Excellent location, close to many eating places, markets, clubs. Pier 39 and Union Square are within walking distance.
Room was quite small. Limited tv channels.
Not a pleasant view.
It was 10 minutes away from the AT&T Park Satdium & easy drive getting there...
We booked for 3 nights to do some sightseeing, we wanted a hotel in a good location, Royal Pacific was perfect. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We were initially given a room at the front of the hotel, but Broadway is a busy road and suffers from heavy traffic most of the night. We asked to be moved and were given a room away from the front, and away from the traffic noise, many thanks to the staff.
Location, parking free
Wifi slow, noisy, not good smell in room, expensive
Great location - nice walk to the Warf & Union Square. The staff were helpful when booking tours and trips. The room was clean and the beds were really comfy. We had a lovely stay in the Royal Pacific and would recommend the hotel.
The hotel is a bit dated looking but don't let that put you off!
Perfect location between Chinatown and North Beach. Free parking. Rooms are OK.
Wifi sluggish at times.
Location and parking
Time to renovate
Great location right in the heart of Chinatown. Helpful staff. Comfy bed, secure location. No fridge in room, but they are available if you ask. Secure parking the entire three days that we were there. Would return there again for sure!
Coffee was not good
Good place to stay for the price. Staff is very nice. Place is clean for an older hotel. Can't beat the price of parking.... FREE!!
The hotel is very close to Chinatown and only a couple of blocks from the cable car lines. Free parking!
Very old and not many updates, but clean.
Location, comfortable bed. Quiet, however could have been noisy at the front!
Noisy aircon, no fridge.
