Parking, close to the downtown and highway, quick to chech in and everything is as they offer. They should get more tv channel. Most of them are chinese. They need to get a better english speaker at the checking desk. |

It is good for the price and has a great location to which you are allowed to experience the cultural variety of LA. Plus your just about dead center of the city. Close to the baseball stadium and just about minutes from every where(groc. stores, banks, and markets/resturants). Went with the Family and split the rooms the one I stayed in was fair, but the other room had a dust issue that may aggrivate allergies. |

The hotel is in the middle of Chinatown. But do not expect much of Chinatown, there is not much to see, and is kind of going down. Very dirty, noisy, and the personel not very friendly. Not much arround, only when you like chinese seafood you are right. |

Staff were not friendly, did not greet guests, very suspicious towards guests. Not a good feeling staying in this kind of "family owned" motel. staff |

Floors are hardwood and my feet were black from the dirt on the floor from walking around my room. Would not allow me to have more than one key. Left key in room when I left and met up with manager in parking lot asking where key was. Not going back. |

Free Wi-FI, close to mass transit system, and clean. The hotel management sucks because they have nothing better to do with their time, but yell at my sister-in-law to move out of the parking space even though she was picking our family up. |

Liked that it was near to all public transport and only a few minutes from downtown LA. We could walk to lots of sights and there were really inexpensive Chinese restaurants nearby. It was good value for money but it's not the Ritz. Our room was nice but a little noisy. Some o the rooms at the back were not so nice but quieter |

The hotel was nice with clean room and bath. They have free wifi (54MBit/s). The hotel is located in Chinatown, it is nice to walk around there. It is also near to the Unin Station (Bus, or a ten minute walk). You can take the DASH (bus, 25 cent) and drive all around downtown. |

Tthe central location in Los Angeles proper.... It's relatively quiet. But the staff is not helpful. There is no access to telephone in the rooms, eventhough there is a phone in the room!! What's the point if I can't use the phone to dial out??? |

I love the free parking available in downtown L.A. The motel is surprisingly clean considering the price and location. |

We liked that it was in Chinatown and it had reserved parking. The staff was diligent about the safety of our vehicle and attentive to our house keeping needs. Thin walls- we could hear conversations from outside, parking lot etc... with doors and windows closed. |

Good service for best value even during holidays. Would be better if they some provide some pointers like public transport to universal studios, disneyland etc.. |
