I go to los angeles about five times a year, and this is where I always stay. It's an economy hotel, but it's clean, the beds are comfy, it's right in China Town, and the staff has always been friendly. I really don't see the point in staying anywhere else. I wouldn't mind an in-room coffee maker

I wasn't sure what to expect for such a good price, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was nice, the rooms were very clean. Good sized room. Walk-in closet, fridge, hair dryer all included. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel, look elsewhere but if you want a low cost hotel that is clean, stay here! I will come back. Could be renovated and updated.

The room was supposed to be a king size room, but it was a very tiny room. No warm water in the bathroom. Stuff hardly to understand due to a strong asian dialect. Poor area, no places to go out in the evening wihtin walking distance. Overall security looked very poor. Not enough parking slots. I'd recoment this place at all. There are much better places for less money.

The room was basic, but clean enough with all facilities promised such as heating, fridge and two queen beds. It was good for our city trip purpose. They also provide wifi and parking free of charge which was very important for us. No bed bugs, dirt as it was written in reviews about many motels. I would recommend for those who need room for couple of days. Staff or, speaking exactly, the person who met us in reception and who was charging, His manner of speaking seemed to me kinda rude and he didn't give us receipt when we paid in cash, after insisting just wrote smth by hand on paper and gave us even though this paper actually had no legal power and in case of double charge (from credit card as well) wouldn't prove anything. However, he told that they don't give any printed receipt which seemed to me weird. I was angry with this fact. But nothing bad happened,no double charge so far.

It was cheap and it has a fridge. I went back because it is a good location and you can walk into chinatown. Hmmm, let me think. This is my fourth time staying here and I am not going back again. The staff are Unfriendly, the hotel manager accused me of not paying for my room yelling this from the balcony of the hotel, the walls are really thin so you hear everything, the bed is super uncomfy, there are no outlets to use, the internet is slow,

I have stayed here dozens of times. The rooms are so so. The staff/owners are loud and Always rude! We travel for medical and if we can't stay at our regular spot then by no other choice because prices are So High we stay here. This is the last resort! The price has climbed a lot too. I wouldn't reccomend unless your desperate for a place to sleep and you have to be up in la.

It's a great value. Clean, safe and a mile and a half from downtown L A. It's also literally down the hill from the parking lot if you're a Dodgers fan. Best of all, you can park at the motel which is on the north end of Chinatown and walk 2 - 3 blocks for fabulous chinese in the many restraurants along Broadway. Even the parking is free! I love this place.

The room was cute, well decorated and clean. It's right in Chinatown. The room was small. Bathroom is tiny. The power went out due to wind and I guess they have electric water heaters because there was no hot water. I asked for a discounted rate or to maybe let us stay one more night and the manager was super rude. He basically said if you don't like it you can go but it's hard to understand him because he spoke almost no English.

The staff. Could not speak English properly, made it hard to converse or ask for recommendations or basic customer service. 2 unfortunate things happened during my stay there. I stayed 1 night, they charged me for 1024usd on my credit card,& the 1 nights stay. They admitted they had made the mistake,&refunded the 1024,however with the different exchange rate (2days later),it amounted to a loss of £40.I called about compensation. They would deny everything, fault. The mistake of their employee, has meant a penalty for the individual staying at this Motel.Thoroughly disappointed, you would be too.U Would expect a business would accept responsibility for this action that their employee made. Why did I have to pay for his mistake?(even if I'm not accusing them of being sinister). Just a note, you will have a rude shock at their customer service. We parked our car (as requested) parallel to kerbside. In the morning the car was dented. Anyways, not the fault of the Motel. But just a note to becareful when parking. Sigh. goodluck if u decide to stay there.

Room was clean all the time. Housekeeping doesn't understand english well but he does his best even with communication. When I have been still in room, they just come later. Very lovely and helpfull personnel. I had big heavy luggages and they help to care my luggage to bus station and recommended best way how to reach airport. Chinatown is beatifull. I felt more safe than in downtown. Easy to reach metro and all la. I could find hair in each single towel.
