The morning staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful directed ne to THE bakery I was looking for out the many and great suggestions for food.
The night gentleman was a bit loud, rude, in a hurry and disrespectful to someone on the phone with two guests (I was one) standing at the counter. And not helpful with my questions. Total Night and Day difference.
I'm all about clean so this was a great dal for us although it is a very old building. Room was clean, comfy and a well lite location.
not so clean the restrooms smells like spring rolls
Unbedingt mit Licht schlafen , da ansonsten Kakerlaken die Wände bevölkern! You have to sleep with lights on, otherwise there will be roaches everywhere, even in the fridge!
I liked the location and price.
The hotel manager?? Was Smoking while checking me in. Yes! Inside the office. Parking was very very tight.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the closet was huge.
I didn't like that the only way to go onto the second floor was to enter the lobby first.
Price is very good
Rooms smelly and dark. Not a very safe or clean area. We had to bring our passports out at night as it didn't feel secure leaving them in the room. Nothing to do at night but the metro stop is close and you can get out to either Hollywood or Pasadena.
Not very much to like
That I got bitten by bedbugs ;(
Location, really good staff who were super helpful. It helps that I love Chinatown, and you're only a few blocks away from the metro (although, you could probably walk to Union Station, like I did).
Now all that said, be aware, it's a motel, not the Ritz Carlton. You're not going to get great views, no pool, but the room I had was fine; again, we're talking budget not luxury, travel.
The location to the dodgers stadium. The young man who checked me in was very helpful.
The older kitchen area.Parking lot was small
Love this hotel!!!
Room service knocking early in the morning. Room service was not needed.
great location in the heart of China town...added bonus we saw a movie filming in the neighborhood while we were there.
It's a bit "worn", but very good value all things considered
Location was in Chinatown.
The staff was not friendly and not quite honest. The room was quite small.
The room was okay but the amount of bugs I found in my room was ridiculous. I had a grasshopper fall on me while in bed and ended up switching rooms at 1:30am! And the hotel manager was rude about it! Will not be back.
Friendliness of Staff and comfort of bed.
Needs Ice Machine.
Comfortable budget motel in a good location in the heart of Chinatown.
the wifi connection timed out a lot, had to keep logging in, which was a minor nuisance.
Low price, Free wifi, Free parking space, Closest location to attractions.
Much noise(lots of cars was passing by too loudly), No water in refrigator
staff-very friendly and helpful location- walking distance to many amusements
parking was tight
Parking is so easy
Very friendly staff, premium location in the centre of Chinatown (although we discovered that some outer suburbs cook much better Chinese once we were in LA, haha) and very close to downtown too!
The rooms are large clean quite & comfortable
The location everything closes early
We liked the interesting man at the front desk who yelled at us in a very entertaining and authentic way.
We were a little turned off by the yelling, but the novelty made up for it.
The safety is my concern. I felt like it is not safe.
