Coffee n fruit available in kitchen thru out the day. New bedspreads in rooms. Price of rooms. The hallways wall damage was spackled but not repainted.saw holes in one wall.lobby attendants werent friendly. Didnt greet people passing. Cleaning crew constantly had cleaning materials on floor in hallway n trash at end hallway. The 3rd floor hallway rug/floor felt lumpy when walked on it. Whats on the floor under the rug?

Great location, very comfortable beds, nice size rooms. The desk clerk on the morning of 2/10/2013 was very helpful and pleasant. Our room wasn't cleaned the second day, even after letting them know and leaving again for a good part of the day. The desk clerk on the evening of 2/9/2013 was unhelpful and rude.

They are located in a very good, safe neighborhood, close to UCLA, shops, ... We traveled with 1 year old baby and they gave us suite-room. It was excellent

The room was very clean and tidy, with a new flat screen TV and two very nice queen beds. The bathroom was large enough, with a very good hair dryer and clean and good looking services (bathtub and basin). The location is also very good. Breakfast was basic but good quality. Internet connection was awful. Common areas of the hotel was not that good looking.

UCLAに近く、大学に用事がある人には便利。 洗濯機と乾燥機が合わせて一回$2くらいで使えるので、長期滞在には便利。 価格が部屋のランクや快適さに比べて割高。 朝食はついているが、パンとコーヒー、ちょっとした果物と言ったところ。 ツインの部屋は十分な広さだったが、無線LANのアカウントを滞在期間中、十分に発行してもらえなかったり- 、少々不便した。

Localizado numa região universitária tem muitos restaurantes e super mercado perto. Tem uma mini cozinha util para quem quer abastecer e fazer refeições no quarto. Duas camas confortáveis e bom banheiro. Estacionamento e internet inclusos. Café da manhã minimo, só para dizer que tem.

ruhig gelegen, wenn Zimmer nicht zur Strasse.kostenloser Parkplatz, Sehr schöne Gegend, sicher und einige nette Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der Gegend WLAN leider dürftig, klappte manchmal nicht richtig. Frühstück wie meist in den USA eher verzichtbar, aber es gibt Denny's direkt nebenan!

Excelente atención de todo el personal. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, con servicios muy útiles como microondas, plancha, refrigerador, bonitas, funcionales y limpias. La localización muy buena y linda la zona El desayuno continental es bueno pero si pusieran carnes frías y quesos estaría excelente

Localização O atendimento é horrível. Os funcionários são secos e não dão a mínima atenção aos problemas relatados. Nada funcionava. A internet (high speed?) não abria as páginas. Avisei várias vezes que precisava fazer algumas reservas, mas não houve solução. A porta do banheiro estava quebrada. Reclamei no primeiro momento e prometeram que seria consertada, mas nada foi feito. Troquei para outro hotel, até um pouco mais barato, com atendimento perfeito, novo, com lavanderia, academia e ótimo café da manhã. Definitivamente não recomendaria.

proximo de locais de alimentacao e da ucla. Por duas vezes enquanto tomavamos cafe da manha, um homem que parecia um mendigo de rua sentou junto a nos. Fiquei assustada e sem entender o porque. A sala de cafe e pequena.
