nice big suite; comfortable and clean. Met my needs fine.

keys stopped working; had to return to main desk and get new ones. No television channel guide. No toiletries (shampoo; conditioner) Perhaps this is because I had a suite and they anticipate longer stay guests.

out dated not clean booked sleeping for 6 and got sleeping for 3 (2 double beds and 1 pull out couch)

despite the facility being a little tired, the staff work hard to keep it absolutely spotless.

No stove in the suite was a surprise

Spacious accommodation and very clean. Felt safe and it was a good base to explore the local area. Staff friendly and courteous. Would stay again.

We were attending my Father's Military Funeral down the way and we found the Royal Inn Hotel a very pleasant stay. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, the older gentleman seemed a bit cranky. All in all our stay was more than adequate.

The Wifi doen't worksd good

I loved the beautiful rooms and that it was pet friendly

one of the staff members was rude to me, but a woman the next day was very nice and made up for the rude employee the day prior.

The proximity to the Cruzan Amphitheatre was a plus. Coming from out of town, it was nice to have a hotel nearby to spend the night after the concert. The pool area is very clean and full of nice palm trees. The air conditioner is calm, not too loud. Only minutes from the turnpike to get back on the road home. Had no complaints. I felt I got what I paid for and then some.

No elevator. If you're carrying alot of luggage or in our case, coolers, you'll have to lug all of that upstairs if you're on the second floor as we were.

the room smelled funny...I believe it may have been the carpet; perhaps all tile? The toilet paper holder would not stay together...a little frustrating.

Everything was fine, we were visiting family and just needed a place to sleep and shower before heading home.

We got there in the middle of a storm, and the drainage/gutter system is not very good. There were sections of the walkway not covered by a roof, and when we got to the top of the steps, it was like a flood of water where the roof ended at the corner. Again, portions of the walkway after the steps were not covered with a roof.

I liked everything about this hotel. I havnt stopped talking about it with my family and friends. My children cant wait to go back they fins any excuse to go back. Cant wait to go back

There is much value for the money you pay! a big room, nice garden, swimming pool

It was spacious. Our son was able to run around safely. It also had a full fridge, small microwave, large sink and coffee pot!

I think it definitely needed to be vacuumed better.

Easy access from family and pet friendly. This was our first stay here and will be back, as well as recommend to other members of our family and friends.

Suites should have a serve for four people. We had to share 2 cups. We did not think to bring dish soap or paper plates. Usually suites have such items.

The room was immaculate and the best price I've paid in years. I'm anxious to return!
