the pool

the staff was not kind with us. we were waken up at 9am for a "room check"...(and, no... we weren't able to understand what a room check is) When you're in Vegas you're not supposed to go to sleep soon.

The staff was excellent. I loved the art work and the whole decore of the hotel. The location was great and had many near by places to eat and the ambiance of the lobby was awesome and made us feel like rock stars! The pool was beautiful and the bar was elegant and sophisticated but not over priced and snobby. We will definitely stay at royal resort again on future trips to vegas

We almost judged the hotel by the outside look of it. But I was deceiving. It was amazing on the inside. The outside needs work but over all that's it.

The location was good.

Main person on reception didn't really understand english. Sink blocked, rang reception to be told maintenance were on lunch but would look at this, this was not done and had to move rooms at 11 pm. Room not clean lots of hairs go bathroom. Had to make 1 beds up ourselves as only 1 made up.

Really close to the Strip. Clean.

There was lots of young people who partied all night. For me that wasn't a problem, but for others maybe it was. In the morning the television didn't work anymore.

Location and the lobby.

The resort is not bad, but it was way too expensive for what it has offered ($179/night for Memorial week-end). Fair price = $70/night. In addition, the shower was broken and needed to be replaced. Carpets were stained.

I have stayed here before but this time the room was dirty. No in room internet and slow internet in the loby Rooms are getting pretty tired looking

WiFi was down all time during my 4 days stay, staff did not care much.

The stay was great was very pleased with Location and how clean it was i have stayed in many places in Vegas and this is the top choice for me and my husband and we will be booking another room very shortly

The lobby of the hotel is very hip and unique with a mini gallery, funky furniture bar and lounge, shuffleboard, pool and a piano.

The front desk staff was dry, but the bartender made up for what they lacked.

Clean, easy access for parking, Walgreens, Ross and Denny;s next door.

The problems we had with our room were dealt with in a quick and courteous manner; The lobby was beautifully designed, within walking distance to Vegas strip. For the money, the hotel was good. We just used it to rest and sleep so it was fine.

While the lobby was beautifully designed and upgraded, the rooms and exterior of the hotel needed a major renovation. We had to change rooms twice; the first time we were given a room different than what we had purchased (we received a room with one king-sized bed and a twin-sized Murphy bed when we had booked a room with two queen beds). Our second room change occurred after our sink became clogged after a short while. We finally got settled into our last room and noticed that the "repair" sign was on for the air conditioning unit, but we really didn't want to be relocated again so we just shut off the unit so we didn't have to deal with it.
