this hotel is very well located. you are quite on the strip and you don't have to drive by car; it is really nice to visit it .There is so a huge traffic in that town. There is no breakfast included for the price.

Our toilet had problems wasn't working report to operator no respond so when on our way out sat, I talk to the employee at desk.. Later when we came back to our rm.. It smelled bad like bad toilet nasty.. I told them at desk on our way home.. Otherwise it was ok.. The smell was in bathrm only just fyi

The place is clean and close to the strip, definitely walking distance from Wynn Casino. The parking is ample, the price is good. I can't complain. Thank goodness. The hallway carpet need to be changed, but clean enough.

This was a very refreshing,differrent hotel from the many others in Las Vegas. The place had no gambling was quiet and the staff were excellent. The resturant was also a surprise with excellent service and incredible food. Room was clean, as was the pool and Cabanas. Perfect stay.

Front desk kinda of rude.. AC didn't work and it was very hot in the room. We asked for room service and they didn't clean right.. We booked for three nights and left a day before because weren't happy with our staying.. Next time we go to Vegas we rather pay more and stay at a nice hotel to really help enjoy out experience.

Quiet location just off the strip, but close enough to walk to many things. Convenint for budget travellers with Walgreens and Denny's across the street. Beautiful lobby, excellent, friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub area. Great for the price, especially if you want a quiet location away from the casino action. Rooms quite small, carpets dirty, gross shower curtains, wifi only in lobby, air conditioned??? Barely. We stayed 4 nights in 2 rooms, and we're relieved it was mostly cool outside as neither room had effective air conditioning. Also patio balcony railings are about 8 inches apart, our big 4 year old could easily have slipped through. Not a place to take kids.

I liked the price of the hotel. I feel that our stay there was equivalent of a fancy motel. One of the advertised amenities was "wifi available," the wifi is only available in the lobby and unavailable in the individual rooms.

It is too far away from the center, and it does not have shuttles. Although it is cheap, we spend a lot on taxi. In addition, the bed is not clean there. Furniture and wall is very old.

The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, the cleanliness of the Royal was great! It was very close to the strip which made it easy to get around. Our room was spacious and not outdated. I would recommend the Royal to anyone for value, location, space, cleanliness, staff, and current. If we come to Vegas again we will definitely stay at the Royal Resort.

Location was great, the whole place was clean, room has a balcony and the only thing is that the fridge didn't work in my room, good thing I didn't need it. When I ran out of towels or somehting, they would bring it right away. I would stay again and recommend it.
