Clean room,coffee at lobby.
Bathroom sink blocked, called to repair someone tried and left, called again, left it blocked .never seen this in any other hotel. No breakfast,no wifi.price near to much better ones, but we were stuck, already reserved.
Close proximity to the strip. Staff very nice and helpful. Would stay there again.
A good central location. Helpful staff.
Don't like the idea of paying extra for WiFi. A noisy guest returning to her room woke many other guests up on our floor at 2am. Hotel staff ordered a shuttle to the airport for us but it didn't arrive after waiting 45 minutes so we needed to get a taxi. As it turned out the taxi was cheaper for the two of us than the shuttle.
My room was good. I slept well and the staff did a good job.
easey accsess to elevator and not crouded
the bar was closed all my stay there
The price was excellent. I go to Vegas 2 or 3 times a year, had never stayed here or knew anyone who had. Pleasently surprised. The hotel is a little old, but was well kept and clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Will stay here again.
Close to Las Vegas strip and freeway
Heater was bad. They have to use maintenance to switch air from cold to hot. You could adjust temperature. It was cold. Toilet kept making noises but not too loud.
Price for Wi-Fi is too much expensive for no reason
Paid for WiFi
Location served our needs. Priced was pretty good. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Friendly staff, moderately good facilities and hygiene. Bathroom was updated.
Wifi charges $9.95 a day (24h)
Thermostat for air/fan wouldn't work, called for maintenance. When someone finally came up and looked at it he said it was broke, couldn't fix it. Tried to adjust it and said it should work. It didn't, ice cold air blowing all night during our stay. When we made complaint at front desk at check out, person didn't even acknowledge our complaint. We won't go back.
Location Pool Next to Denny's
Great location, quiet.
Nice place, close to everything, with pool & hot tub. It was easy to walk to Rivera to gamble or drug store for anything you forgot. Nice to have a balcony with sliding door. Great restaurant on property but too expensive for average guest. First time staying there, will definitely come back. More comfortable rooms than casinos that cost twice as much. Walk to the taco place on the corner its great!
Not much to complain about, maybe wish there was a little more parking by the front door.
The pool and hot tub were great as they are open all year round. We had an executive suite which was top notch. The Barrymore is an excellent lounge and restaurant based on old Las Vegas. The lounge has a happy hour every night from 5pm-7pm and live music 3 times weekly
that it was small and conveniently located. no casino.
the $10/day cost of wifi. I can see one charge of $10 to hook you up for the duration of your stay. most hotels have free wifi.
Loved the quietness of the location. Meant we all slept well. The room although very dated was spacious and comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. Staff were happy to answer questions in a friendly manner. Good air conditioning in our room and a good shower too. The pool area was nice and the water looked very inviting. The best bit tho was that the resort was only minutes from the strip and the bus stops going in either direction - in fact the express bus stopped in our street- and there was no casino noise on entering the building and we were at our room five minutes later. An absolute bonus after a busy and tiring day in Vegas! The value for money was excellent especially as there was a convention on during our stay and prices for rooms were high.
It was really annoying that we didn't have wifi in our rooms - we could have paid for it but felt it was expensive when we could get it for free in Dennys nearby. The decor was very dated so definitely not a pretty room but very serviceable nevertheless. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and the dryer on our floor shrunk my husbands tee shirts as it was too hot and wouldn't turn down.
Fair price for fair value
room size, very spacious
The location No casino on the premises Nice and quiet, yet still just off the strip The quick response from the staff, when is had any issues concerning my room. The size of my ambassador suite, and the pleasure of having two bathrooms and separate bedroom that can close, when traveling with teenagers. Free parking for my rented vehicle.
The shower head in the bathrooms, did not work and the water pressure was extremely low for my entire stay at the resort. The front desk staff were unapproachable. There needs to be a business centre, as that use of a small iPad at the front desk together with the small printer, was not able to print even a boarding pass clearly, ( half of anything your printed was missing ) and no one seemed to know what to do ,at the front desk. Very unprofessional!, In this day and age, WiFi has to be included. A separate company should not be charging guests for the use of WiFi.
The hotel was clean, the staff were down to earth but friendly and helpful. Were happy to joke with me. The pool was fine and i used the gym, all equipment worked.
It is now 10 days after my trip and my $100 security deposit is still being held. It turns out there is no direct email (at least for customers) to this hotel and it is very difficult to call via landline from the Czech republic. I don't know if this issue is just a one off, as the rest of the stay was really nice. Its a same, hopefully this gets resolved soon.
Good stay for the money if solo but I wouldn't take a family trip to this place. Location was great for convention and a few casinos. Rooms are decent but could be soo much better if new carpet was laid down and an upgrade to the mattress would happen. Pillows are a little flat. If you just need a room near the convention center with no frills, I would book this place. Staff quitely did their job so don't expect star treatment. Price to hotel I would rate an 8.75
Good position. You are in the center, but not in the caos.
Unbelieveble that they don't provide free wifi, and the price is CRAZY! In US everyone provides a free connection, except them.
