Friendly staff, cleaniness, and facilities
Lack of hotel provided transports to local areas around.
Location; Facilities; Great service and people.
Boston in January!
comfy bed; interesting automatic (motion sensor) floor lighting; first pocket bathroom door I've ever seen in a hotel (not certain I'm a fan);
No TV guide listing in the room (?); TV channel listing on the TV did NOT match actually tuned channels (hunh?); restaurant posted as open until 10, but kitchen closes/closed at 9:30, so we had (my first time ever at a hotel) to actually order delivery.
Comfortable beds, super clean bathrooms, coffee machine, big tv, river view, In front of Galleria shopping mall and city sight seeing tour station
Poor internet connection, i needed to use my phone internet all the time.
Room was large and well appointed. All the staff were friendly and happy to help. Hotel was in a great location opposite the hop on hop off tour bus. Also a large mall across the road.
Food in the bar was rather expensive but food in general is expensive in the USA restaurants.
Well located, close to Boston downtown and next to Cambridge shopping mall. Nice swimming pool Confortable room and nice river view Different options for breakfast : restaurant or on the go are very convenient
My first room was next to the elevator and very noisy but I could chnage it
The river view of Boston skyline was was outstanding
I thought the scam of the mini bar charge was outrageous. This would have me consider if a would stay again.
The hotel was well decorated. The atmosphere was relaxing.
It was like pulling teeth to get a taxi into Boston, which was only a 5 minute drive. The door staff was only marginally helpful with this. There is no breakfast room service per se, which I'd expect for nearly $500 per night. They brought our breakfast to us in a paper bag. Trendy is one thing, but please, let quality "evolve" with the culture.
Great rooms in a lovely hotel beside the river. A bit of a walk to the centre, but a quiet, beautiful location. Great swimming pool.
Friendly and helpful staff Clean and comfortable rooms Great location
everything was great
Location, wonderful view on the river, rooms (everything is new and contemporary).
I was cool
Wifi was not available in my room wing. I had to come down to connect to sonesta functional
Gorgeous view over Boston skyline, pleasant & courteous staff.
Overpriced for quality: hotel has seen better days (no soundproofing against noisy neighbors, shower poorly designed), ridiculous surcharges for room service. Difficult access to public transportation.
1) great view of river....and yacht :) 2) value for money 3) easy for shopping (cambridge gallery is just opposite the road with TJ.Maxx, Macy's, Sears,.....) 4) quiet enviroment 5) the room is big enough so that it still not so busy after putting an extra bed in 6) close to Lechmere(green line end) and when you go there you will also have chance to enjoy the canal park scene
1) the bed is a little bit too soft 2) the room key is a little bit strange, which I have to renew it everyday
Out door eating area on the Charles was great for brunch.
After paying $439 for the room, they have the nerve to charge for parking and the water left in your room. Room was small and dark and the bed and pillows were not comfortable.
Wonderful facilities with a world class view of the Boston Skylight over the Charles. Most enjoyable stay.
Long walks along Charles River
Great location with easy access via the T to Downtwon Boston Loved the views and pool
AC to high Communal areas freezing
Extra costs for more powerful wifi connection (basic connection is free).
We like the bed and the pool and room service. Asuka and Jade was so helpful. And was so much fun. And Justine was totally helpful also. My son had stepped out on the balcony of the room and gotten paint on the bottom of his sneakers. So they changed our room and also got the paint off his sneakers. My kids and I had fun and relaxing.
Housekeeping though out our food. But they gave us meal on them.
Very small toilet in petite room Expensive breakfast buffet but very, very basic
view of Charles River and Art Bar
Broken elevator at check out
River view was great and location of the hotel is very good. Hotel is very close to Gallery shopping mall and some nice restaurants. Hotel is also close to lechmere and Kendell subway stations. Batr of the hotell is also cheap and nice.
Our room was so close to elavators so elavator noise disturbed us.
Our arrival was met by optional valet parking, the open and clean lobby had a courteous greeter who guided us to the front desk. The front desk personnel were friendly (even though we were wearing Yankees apparel
