Superb location to everything for an affordable price.
Loved the modern look of the hotel. Had a very nice location, walking distance to all our destinations. We will be staying at this hotel on every trip to NOLA.
Everything was perfect.
Our room was clean, comfortable & spacious. Location was great, staff was friendly, a great place to stay for 2 nights before we went on our Mississippi Cruise.
The location and staff was friendly.
The hotel is nice the rooms are to small. It would be nice if the had a microwave and refrigerator. A bigger bathroom area but the location will make me stay again.
The location was great
The room was very small and it didn't have any windows.
Small rooms but well orgenized
Room size Amendities No phone in room Room was stuffy
The staff was great! Every chance I get, I try and stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff is very warm and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel staff were polite, the room was clean, the bed was comfy.
The valet service was poor. It took an hour to get our car delivered when it was promised in 15-20 minutes. This delayed our trip home. Thank goodness we didnt have a flight to catch.
The location is great, you can walk to anyplace. Plus it's on the trolley route $3 a day for an all day pass. The staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are small but for the price I was pleased. PJ's coffee makes the place smell great too.
Coffee shop right in the hotel. Close walk to french quarter.
The rooms were loud. My balcony room sounded like the sliding door was left open all night. My daughters interior room wasn't much better. The beds didn't have properly fitted sheets so we woke up on the plastic mattress several times. The bedding wasn't comfortable or adequate. My daughter and her family got moved to a smaller room after un packing because they'd been place in a room that "was definitely not for a family with children" whatever that means. Yet the hotel was booked full so not much could be done. The experience was just not worth the money. These were not problems we had in other hotels in the area.
Da staff was very friendly.... Felt like home .....Da room was very nice an xcellent.....jus enough space fa me n my husband.... Well worth da money..... Da room was walking distance so dat was +
I liked errythang
It's the perfect location for people who want to walk around the downtown area. It's right by canal, you can see Harrah's casino from the road and it's a 5 minute walk to Burbon Street. All staff members were super friendly and everything was clean.
The rooms was extremely small and cramped and since it's so close to Burbon and canal streets, be prepared to hear drunk hotel guests stumbling to there rooms in the early morning hours.
Friendly staff, amazing location!
The rooms were a little tight for four people, especially girls with luggage!
I liked how close to bourbon st. It was and the staff was friendly 10 stars if I could.. I highly recommend it
The location with trolley route down St Charles was an unexpected and inexpensive ($3.00) "tour" of very nice antebellum 100 year old homes.
Parking, lack of it. However; to be fair we did not need it during our 48 hour stay.
Loved the decor. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Liked PJ's in the morning. Liked ability to check luggage after checkout; liked closeness to Canal Street and trolley. Liked vibrant color in lobby.
Room and bathroom was small. Very glad room had window. Friends' rooms did not have window which had they known they would not have a room with window they may not have booked.
It was a very place for weekend did not have a window in my room but was ok
My room was small but I did it on line next time I will know
The staff was wonderful Street car at the front door Coffee shop in lobby Very clean Newly remodeled(I think) Great mattresses.
That it didnt have a mini fridge.
The hotel was in a great location, and the staff was friendly. One staff in particular, Amanda, was awesome. The place was clean and very nice. The price was excellent. I will definitly stay there again.
Loved the genuine friendliness of the staff, especially the director of bellhops and valets, Ralph. I was extremely impressed with his helpfulness and advice.
The valet parking was almost mandatory, since there was no place to park by the hotel. And it was pricey at over thirty dollars. There was a self-parking option, but we chose the valet for the efficiency.
This was not a room but a storage space with no window! The room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm, burt we had to check out the next day at 11 am. When leaving waited for 20 minutes for our luggage : they had lost the ticket! We had to get a taxi by ourselves as the one they called never came and we had a plane to take! Awful experience ! Never again !
The friendly staff and great location being one block from Canal st
Valet parking sucks!
