Staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a jr. suite. Very clean, comfortable, and attractive modern decor.

The staff was great and the hotel was in a prime location just off the main road. The room was small but well equipped and for the rate it was very adequate.

Parking was difficult to navigate.

Updated decor, comfortable beds, well suited bathroom.

When offered a late checkout (noon) it would be nice if the staff would refrain from knocking on your door at 9am, and then continuously every 30-45 minutes until you depart.

Had asked for balcony room three months prior at booking. When we checked in we were given a windowless room and at first told that no other rooms were available.

The room was clean and comfortable although it is quite small, especially the bathroom. The location is excellent, easy access to streetcar and buses and just few steps from the Canal st, which means you can find all you need very easily during your stay.

The room size is quite small especially the bathroom. I stayed in queen room without window. However, the room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Loved the location, friendly helpful staff, coffee shop on premises, small but comfy room.

Confusion as to the airport shuttle listed was actually a paid shuttle not a complimentary from airport to hotel and back.

There are a few policies that are terrible -- (1) you have to pay for the entire stay upfront, which I did not know about in advance, and was ebarassed when I did not have room on my various credit cards to accommodate an enormous bill that I planned for my company to authorize payment later during my stay and (2) there is a mandatory "resort" fee of $10 per day per room which my company won't pay since it looks like a luxury expense (it is internet and workout room, neither or which I needed but I was not permitted to decline it), so I had to pay it myself. The manager ended up removing it for me, on her own initative, so it was all good in the end, but involved unnecessary stress and effort to get there. Great manager, though!

The room could have been cleaned better. There was coffee spilled all over our hotel room door and it remained there for our entire stay.

A/C unit in ceiling made a HORRIBLE sound all night and toilet ran all night. Staying only overnight I did not call or request room change, but these things should be fixed immediately.

I was very dissatisfied with my price. When I booked the trip my total was 488.00 after they finished with the taxes it was 564.00. I honestly feel if your gonna be responsible for booking the hotel u should include all the fees. For the price we paid you would have thought we were staying in a suite. We paid $245+ for a box. The rooms were extra small,no room to do anything. No refrigerator, no micro wave, no iron. Once again I travel a lot and I will not use booking.com anymore.

The hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable. We had a room in the corner with windows on 2 walls so it was a great city view. We were also on the 9th floor so there was little street noise. We arrived at 11:30 and they had a room ready for us to check in early which was great after driving 13 hours. The location is 2 blocks from the French Quarter which was perfect. We also walked into the Central Business District and ate at some great places, all very close. I would stay here again.

It would have been nice to have a fan in the bathroom and a little more room in there. It was small so the door had to stay closed and without a fan it was not comfortable to get ready/shower/etc. Not a big deal though to work around considering everything else was good.
