The front desk the lady was profileing me and I didn't like that
Everything was cool
The heat did not work.
Very nice room and ambiance.
Staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a great location! Not too far from anything!
The ventilation of the fireplace was closed during the night making the smell from ash to continues enter back in our room making me wake and my partner at 4:15 am. We had a business day that day and we were very tired because they could not solve the problem.
The room service
Sometime snobby waitress downstairs at the lounge :( Bad thing no room service on weekend but thanks to Grub Hub had some good eats!
The check in was a breeze and the room immaculate. Service always with a smile and the bed and huge bathtub to die for!!! Love Marco <3
Service in lobby was not attentive and slow to get to us. Also, limited seating--lots of reserved spaces and it was midday….nobody came to the reserved seating while I was there.
The lobby decor is fabulous and I loved my room--stayed in the alcove.
The soaking tub was great! We stayed in the Alcove suite and the size of the room was great too. Overall a great stay for anyone especially a young couple trying to get away for the weekend!
A minor temperature problem in my initial room, but it was resolved quickly by the Front Desk.
I like the The look of the Hotel. New York Chic and Trendy.
Only continental breakfast sat/sun Pricey
Comfortable relaxing everyone very nice
Dirty tile floors, paid for internet when it used to be free, broken hair dryer, poor front desk staff.
The room size and bed. Location.
Everything was fine, I give it 4 out of 5 because I never give anything a 5 just to encourage the establishment not to slack off ! :)
Everything worked out fine, especially liked the valet parking service, it not only saved much headache but $.
No flat sheets on the bed, staff seemed to party a lot and the room was not very clean. I had paid for breakfast with my booking and we were only given the choice of the continental breakfast....Two small croissant roll with jelly, muffin and a small chocolate patisserie. This is not what I consider breakfast food.
I liked the size of the room. I also liked the location of the hotel.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. I truly enjoyed my stay.
Nothing to not like
Swanky hotel, awesome bar seen, cool rooms
No restaurant and limited bar hours
The quiet- the comfort- the cleanliness- the front desk staff
Sorry, but I am a coffee drinker, and there is no coffee maker in the room. There is a restaurant on location, but I have a morning coffee routine of pulling myself together over a cup
The Morgan Originals are like no other. This one has a modern functional, yet cozy theme. The lobby is a WoW. The room I had was set to be a romantic retreat. Sorry I had come alone
Facilities getting old Staff unfriendly and not attentive Door and security staff with an attitude Bar used to be a hot spot, now empty and boring
Rooms were quite dark with low level lighting in many parts. This is part of the design of the hotel though.
Huge circular bathtub, ultra comfy bed and excellent location.
The styling is nice!
The lobby bar here is a must - it's buzzing through happy hour with great music and cocktails. And the people watching is fabulous. Put this on your list of places to visit and enjoy.
Only drawback for us is the restaurant does not have full breakfast on weekends and weekday room service is done in paper and plastic takeout containers -- hotel deserves better.
Staff is helpful, rooms very comfortable. Young lobby crowd, good bar service.
dark at reception. staff lacking in experience
room, bathroom, location
We went to NYC for my wife's birthday. The front desk sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne.Great friendly staff, good value for the money and clean rooms
Could not close the window...the frame was broken
Location, lift suite, bathtub, staff was friendly and helpful
