スノッブな雰囲気に賛否は分かれると思いますが、スタッフの対応も迅速でアップグレードとアーリーチェックインもノーチャージでしてくれました。食事のレベルもかなり高いほうです。 ミニバーが高いことぐらいかな・・・ |

The lobby of this hotel looks stunning and was just renovated 2 yrs ago. The rooms are in reasonable size for NYC and designed by a famous designer Phillipe Starck. Both me and my husband are designers and we enjoy the well made furnitures and details of the room. |

the location was great, the design of the lobby and the room, the lobby bar was very nice, breakfast facilities were good and the room was very neat and nicely decorated At some occasions the concierge was not available and but the reception staff were very keen to help with the requests |

The size of the room was more than expected The check out was swamped. The concierge was nowhere to be found day or night. They overcharged me and I had to show proof of my booking.com reservation. |

top shelf from the second we walked in the door. whatever we needed on our special engagement weekend was immediately taken care of. Tanya the concierge was tremendous, highly recommend. |

I would stay here for a month given the opportunity. Very comfortable rooms, great bathrooms and classy decor. Incredible restaurant and bar and extremely friendly staff, My best stay in New York ever. |

The hotel was very dark, the furniture was so modern, hip and design to the point it lacked the bare minimum comfort (ie drawers, night tables) and was way too small for 3 people. |

fireplace in the room is exellent. Staff is exellent and very experienced. No bar in late morning. Very poor menu of the restaurant. |

very sexy hotel I could not find anything to dislike, except that it took more than 4-5 rings, a couple of tries, for front desk staff to pick up. But, their courteous response made up for that lapse almost immediately. |

The prices of the items in the minibar were very expensive. $ 10 for a small bottle of water is too much. Internet $ 7 for 15 mins is quite unfair. However they have an option for free online chek-in and printing your bording pass which is nice. |

the comfort - extremely comfortable bed, amazing sheets + towels, very nice bath room, great water pressure in the shower, good toiletries, great flat screen tv and and and the room had almost no natural light + even in brightest sunshine you felt like it was night when you were in the room. The lamps in the room and bathroom were lovely and stylish + had a dimmer but there was not a single light that was sufficiently strong (to work/read, do my make up, choose colors etc.). |
