goede ontvangst, zeer ruime kamer en badkamer (zeker naar New York standaard), ruim rond bad, goede producten van Korres op badkamer, mooi design inrichting, heel goed bed, trendy lobby waar altijd volk zit verlichting in kamer en hotel (overal heel donker - veel te weinig verlichting), liften zijn niet beveiligd en kunnen vanuit de lobby door iedereen worden genomen, Iphone werkte niet in de Ipod doc op de kamer |

Mooi hotel en een hele goede locatie; centraal gelegen en maar 5min lopen van Time Square & Broadway Personeel bij het inchecken was onvriendelijk en niet echt hulpzaam |

Prachtige lobby en mooi ingerichte kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Geluidsoverlast was enorm. Alsof alle ramen open stonden. Geen isolatie. Kastruimte in de kamer veel te krap. Schoonmaak vergaat zeep en shampoo aan te vullen en properheid viel tegen. Meerdere malen met de receptie gebeld maar er waren geen andere kamer, shampoo werd naar de kamer gebracht en iemand van de schoonmaak kwam langs na klacht over de properheid. |

De ligging is zeer centraal. 5Th av en Times Square zijn om de hoek. De inrichting is trendy. Kamers zijn donker en gehorig. De meeste kamers liggen aan de achterzijde van het hotel, waar je uitkijkt in een donkere put met afvoeren die dag en nacht geluid produceren. |

The lobby was amazing. The staff was actually very helpful. We asked them to change our room because of the noise coming from the fans outside and they very politely obliged. Rooms were small, but reasonalbe for NYC. |

Good Management reaction, after some problems with our initial room! Please write at least 15 words Smell in the rooms with a cheminy, airco very noisy! |

The hotel was different to say the least. Not what I would call a family hotel necessarily. As others have said, it was darkened. And yes I had trouble seeing to put on my makeup in the bathroom. But the room was clean and we really liked the rain shower head and glass enclosed shower. Our room was a pretty nice size considering there was three of us. Myself and two daughters. Really great location. A couple of doors down from the Hippodrome parking garage which was really great. It cost us $55.00 to park for 32 hours and we were able to go back and forth to the car to get our luggage and then return it at checkout time. Very convenient. I would stay again with the deal that I had. |

Well located and comfortable. The staff were friendly and most things I needed were there. Decor was dark, no cotton wool pads or shower caps in the bathroom. |

The lobby of this hotel looks stunning and was just renovated 2 yrs ago. The rooms are in reasonable size for NYC and designed by a famous designer Phillipe Starck. Both me and my husband are designers and we enjoy the well made furnitures and details of the room. |

the location was great, the design of the lobby and the room, the lobby bar was very nice, breakfast facilities were good and the room was very neat and nicely decorated At some occasions the concierge was not available and but the reception staff were very keen to help with the requests |

The size of the room was more than expected The check out was swamped. The concierge was nowhere to be found day or night. They overcharged me and I had to show proof of my booking.com reservation. |
